Price wise, it was incredibly reasonable the labor cost was more than fair and there was no upcharging for parts. I had my screen replaced and my phone dried after getting it a little wet and with all that it was still cheaper than other places I went before to have just my screen replaced.
The technician was incredibly kind and clearly laid out the steps he was planning on taking to repair the phone and was honest and upfront about his costs.

There were files that didn't restore correctly or at all from the cloud, and due to the poor condition of my screen, I couldn't implement a direct transfer myself. Dylan and Ron used a temporary screen to access my old phone, and stayed overtime one evening to get everything transferred. I initially went to Verizon, and they took one look at my old phone and said they could do anything for me. Then I spent six or more hours on the line with Assurion tech support, only to be cut off the first, and the next time I was asked to wait for a callback which never happened.
