Absolutely Fantastic Oil Bottle Shop! The selection of oils is incredible from extra virgin olive oils to specialty infused varieties, every bottle I’ve tried has been of outstanding quality. Chef Brian is knowledgeable, friendly, and more than happy to help me find the perfect oils.

Not only do they offer retail products but Brian offers cooking classes that I can't say enough great things about. From start to finish, it was engaging, informative, and—most importantly—delicious. Brian was incredibly patient and fun, creating a relaxed environment where everyone felt comfortable learning, asking questions, and experimenting.

The class was well-organized, with all the ingredients prepped and stations set up beautifully. We learned hands-on techniques that I’ve already started using in my own kitchen. The dishes we made were absolutely mouthwatering.

Diverse selection of excellent quality vinegars and oils. There are also very nice loose leaf and bagged teas and accessories that change seasonally, jams, local honey, baking kits, condiments, soaps, and other items. While it is a small store, there is enough variety to make the trip worthwhile. And I like that it is not so large as to be overwhelming. I stop in about once a month and live about 25 minutes away. The owner, Elaine, is very helpful in selecting combinations of vinegars and oils. She has great ideas that I wouldn't think of on my own, and you can sample just about anything. She is very friendly without being pushy, and she is definitely part of what makes the experience...

This place is SUPERB! Every product they have is FOOD HEAVEN, and so healthy! I can't speak highly enough of this store & their products, especially the vinegars & EVOO. I recently tried the Napoleon Herb vinegar, and all I can say is "OH MY GOD" - so delicious. I buy all my vinegars & EVOO from The Olive Merchant. As the saying goes "You get what you pay for".
