I USE TO RATE 5 STAR 0 star NO MORE Morning time assitant manager WHATEVER HER TITLE RUDE Horrible attitude RUDE AN absolute Negative mouth Will Never go back long as she is there I placed anfor my grandson and a coffee for me. They had me pull around front to wait for the food. When this girl came out. I asked if she could check and see that I had gotten my reward points and I was pulling the app up on my phone for her to see if it did show up. And her reply was no worries. I can stand out here all day in the hot Sun. Just take your time, do whatever I'm like. Excuse me. I said I'm just trying to find out if I got the rewards for my purchase., Again, she made the same comment. And and then she said here, I'll fix that for you. She took the sack of food, went back in and. Returned with my money, I'm like, are you serious? You just took the food for my grandson. I cannot believe your attitude or that you would even be allowed to work around other people. And her remark then was gotcha gatcha. I did report her to the owners. I have no clue what they ever did. I know I was not the only person that has had a complaint with this girl. As a matter of fact, I read several complaints on Facebook. Needless to say, I have not been back. Plenty of places to get donuts and coffee with pleasant appreciation for...

Normally they are just ok. I usually visit about once a month or so. I have visited twice this week because who doesn't want a donut and coffee when they are always on the go. Both times the donuts were hard. Not just a little hard but crunch when you bite it hard. The last visit this week they didn't have the type of donut I was asking for (chocolate frosted). They put too much creamer in the coffee and yes even the number of creams written on the cup was wrong. This was all after I drive up to the window and they tried to give me the wrong order. Then they tell me they didn't have the donuts I requested. So at the window after waiting 15 minutes for three coffees and two donuts (all this time was spent waiting behind only one vehicle at the window) I had to change my order. Ok fine people run out of food and I understand that. What shouldn't have been done is hard donuts and an incorrect order given to a customer who has been waiting 15 minutes to begin with. Not real happy. I think I'll just continue to go to the store bakery where they are fresh. I might give dunken another try in a few months and hope it...

Met 3 friends for coffee and visit. Spent over 2 hours there. Everything was absolutely delish! I ordered half- caff and the cashier didn’t look at me with a blank stare and a “Are you crazy?” attitude. (I overheard her explain carefully to another employee exactly what to do). My coffee was perfect!!! So was my bacon, egg and cheese bagel and the 3 chocolate donut holes that I couldn’t resist! It was clean and the dining area was cozy. Best of all, the people acted like they enjoyed their jobs and treated us like guests!!! When I tipped the cashier, she said thank you so much. They even told us goodbye and have a nice day.
