Dakota, the alleged GM, is awful. Last night 12/06/2020, we ordered pizza and it was god awful. He said he was crediting our account for a replacement meal of today 12/07/2020. Our order was burnt. To the point my dog wouldn’t even eat the pepperoni. We ordered bread bites and they were so hard we couldn’t even attempt to save them. They were covered in Parmesan like they were trying to hide the fact they were burnt.
He talked AWFUL of the store and employees once we called to let them know our issue. He assured he would take care of it and it was a lie. He said there would be no issue of us getting our replacement meal today on 12/7. We called dominos to see about our pickup, and he told the store to not give us our replacement meal, as he had already done so last night. Meaning, we came in the store and picked up last night. No. We didn’t.
My family lives about 20 minutes away from this location and the store doesn’t deliver this far. We didn’t schedule to go to the store. We didn’t reorder. He said we would get our food today 12/7. We didn’t. He gave us his personal cell and said to call and he would make it right. He ignored me, answered the store call, and lied. This is the first time I’ve ever attempted to push the issue for a replacement meal.
I have worked food service. I have worked this pandemic. I have worked with awful people, but I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism. I understand the job is hard, but it isn’t hard to stick to your word, especially since Dominos current branding is about how they strive to be the best fast food company and make things right.
I understand people try to get free stuff all the time, but as someone who regularly eats here and has never had issues correcting wrong orders to have this happen, it makes me angry. I’ve never asked for replacement food before this. I’d always called to let them know they need to talk to someone on the line because another customer might get angry. I will never support dominos again. I’d rather spend double the money and get take out from The Pie Factory.
Do not order from here. It has gone down hill drastically. They have went from super nice and friendly workers to trash. Shoutout to Will, the only nice guy we talked to today. He was very nice about the whole situation and...
Read moreETA 5/2021: I saw the reply from Dominos, so I think I'll update them (and this review) on how downhill the Muscle Shoals location has gone since calling hasn't helped. This location is actually awful and was fine until about February of 2020. Every time we would order, there would be something missing or made wrong. While this is just an inconvenience (not when it's something you can't eat), it would happen every. single. time. I could see it happening every now and then, everyone makes mistakes, I get that. But every time? I've talked to someone in Decatur, which is who corporate forwards their complaints to for this location since it's a franchise owned location. I've tried calling the store with bad orders, missing items. Sometimes they answer the phone, sometimes they don't. I've even had them seem like they answered and sat for 20 minutes while I heard whoever was working there cussing in the background about who knows what, but didn't want to talk on the phone. I don't really understand what's happened to this location, but it's to the point where we ordered from here all the time because of the quality and deals, but after months of issues and no resolutions, moved to never ordering from here. It's probably been close to 6 months since we've ordered from here and we actively avoid it at all costs. Hopefully someone will see this, until then the...
Read moreThis was my first time to have Domino's deliver to my house when ordering on line. The delivery was on time, Driver was very polite, said he forgot our drink offered to go buy us one bring it right back. we chose to not have him do that. To just give me a credit. Then we started to eat, the hot wings were not wings, it was chicken and cheese. Did not receive the cups of ranch. I called store talked to Jeff, he is sending the correct items ordered, added a brownie for the inconvenience. When they arrived 35 minutes the order was still not correct. The assistant manager delivered this time. She insisted going back one more time to get this corrected, with a $25 credit. I would of preferred credit back on my card. needless to say I am the one that does not like pizza and if I do eat it I want the ranch sauce. My daughter in law doesn't eat pizza either. It was her wings she did not get. So if they come back my pizza will either be cold or what slices I put in oven to keep warm may not be any good. The worst experience I have ever had. Management was very intentive to our needs. Just they did not double check to make sure it was correct before the second delivery. I hope they double check before they come back out. crossing...
