5 Stars for sure! A wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. Kevin the chef is wonderful and everything we had was excellent. The potstickers were the best I have ever had. A Thai menu full of great offerings at very good prices. I had both the ramen bowl and the Pad Thai & the portions and quality was great. The chef and waitress were very attentive and helpful explaining the dishes. I was treated as a valued customer and shown appreciation so I can honestly say this was the best dining experience I have had in a long time or possibly ever so I highly recommend this place and wish them lots of success. New Asian style restaurant with Thai, Chinese and Japanese food! This was my first visit to the small storefront restaurant. I had no expectations and expected a three star meal. What I found was a four star meal and a five star experience. The owner Candy and the waitress Wanda were amazing good conversationalist and very attentive servers the restaurant was clean. The food was served piping hot and I will be back. I’m a bit of a Ramen snob. I’ve been lucky enough to travel the globe and eat in some of the finest Ramen restaurants around so I had no expectations. However, the Chisu Ramen was flavorful and piping hot. Very good. I’ve never been to Japan, so I don’t know how it tastes there but you can always tell there’s a balance of tasting authentic and submitting to a local pallet. The gyoza, spring rolls, hibachi soup, and ginger salad are very good. The surprise was the Japanese fried beef noodles - they tasted like they were fried in bacon or pork fat. Man that was unexpected and delicious. We also got the panang curry, and it was very flavorful. We’re going to work our way through the menu and see the hidden gems this place has to offer. I’d really love to see some katsudon, takoyaki, onigiri, or Japanese curry. Look forward to...
