Taco Bell — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

This location needs a ZERO. The workers tonight, Sunday 4-9-2023, Easter, was horrible. The language from the workers was very unacceptable especially with customers. I was at the kiosk ordering due to a sign on the register stating under staffed please use the kiosk. The language kept getting worse I stepped to the counter and ask for the manager. A lady stepped to the counter. Said what do you need. I said If you are in charge why are you allowing this kind of language to happen with customers. She said was like I will go talk to them. She did provide me with a phone number for a man named Wayne. She then went back to making food talking about me to the other employee who was cussing. Then that employee was cussing me. I went back to the counter and said excuse me. Basically I was told by a skinny African American Female that I didn't write her _ paycheck, I wasn't her _ boss, she didn't have to stop _ cussing, she could do what she wants. She then proceeded with a racial statement. Let them know they would not be serving me, Muscle Shoals Police Department is being contacted to file a complaint, and Wayne was being called. I pray the manager, the GM, corporate clean house there. I will never go back to this location in Muscle Shoals, AL unless new management and employees are there. Now I will wait to see what is done about this situation. No I did not...

I can never place an order after 2am. I work late nights so the only places open are Taco Bell, Cook Out, & Waffle House. I always choose Taco Bell since it’s close to my job when I get off and I can get it on my way home.

I pulled up to the speaker at 2:17am to be told “Our system is down we can’t take any orders” I let them know I placed a mobile order, a few seconds later they say “Well we can’t do anything with that because we can’t receive the money for it.” I let them know the money was already taken from my account, they say there’s nothing they can do so I leave.

My first encounter with this situation was at approx 2:20am. I was told that a car had came through and ordered all their food so they had no food left to be ordered. I’m mindful of going to places before closing and try not to be that person but when you only have 3 options after getting off an 8-9 hour shift, you pick the closest place that can get the food out quickly.

This is absolutely ridiculous. Either close at 2am since you won’t serve guests past 2am or serve guests until 3am like you advertise being open til.

Maybe this location needs to be shut down permanently.

I’ve also had many problems with this location not giving my avocado verde salsa with my order. I’ve ordered 10+ packs of this sauce that I paid for and...

The food here is good. The problem is they can’t get your order correct. It’s very frustrating when you get home and open the bag to eat and the food in the bag isn’t what you ordered or there’s food missing. We get fast food typically when we’re starving and tired and just wanna come home, relax and enjoy your food when your tired and hungry. But it isn’t correct to you have to get back out and drive back to the store to get your order correct. I’ve worked fast food and it’s the job of the person working the window to check the bag before they hand it out. Should be the most important thing they do. Their not supposed to just grab it from the kitchen and throw it out the window. Making drinks and throwing the food out is not much of a job. I’m so frustrated and aggravated that I have to go all the way back to get my order corrected when it simply could’ve been checked before handing it to me. The work ethic in fast food has really went down hill. If you can’t do your job correctly then you shouldn’t be allowed to work! Just a sign of pure laziness and it’s sad the world has gotten to this point of carelessness and it’s even sadder it’s...
