Every time I go through the drive-through EVERY. single. Time…… The lid seems to never be on right. so today, I just happen to order a sausage biscuit meal and got a drink with it and when I grabbed the drink to take a drink, the lid was just barely on there like it was for show and it spilled everywhere all over me all over my car all over my pants, my shirt everything is soaked with Coke so now I’m going to be late because I have to go home and change my clothes like seriously all this just because one person can’t remember to snap the damn lid in place. I called to tell the manager and the manager said to me “well yeah you have to be careful with them. If you’re not careful then they will go everywhere“ so to which I replied “ma’am I’m trying to be as respectful as possible, but I know how to handle a drink lol with a lid“ and then she pursued to keep asking what can I do? What can I do what can I do? I said well I’m calling to let you know what happened and to let you know that they need to MAKE SURE THE LID IS ON!!!!!! PLEASE??!! I’m missing out on money because I was forced to go and change and...

This store is brand new and it's extremely clean. The chicken is fantastic and you must try the blueberry biscuits. Employees welcome you as you enter and tell you goodbye as you're leaving. They have a new chicken sandwich that's to die for. Double check your order before leaving because they often get it wrong. I don't blame these people they're often yelling and doing the best they can... it just takes a few seconds to double-check and they will quickly correct it. Lots of handicap parking which is important for me since my wife does not have a leg. Clean bathrooms and hand sanitizer. Prices are out-of-this-world inexpensive. They will go above and beyond make you happy as long as you let them know. Jeremy the person who took our order had a wonderful voice and you can hear his smile in his voice. Deplorable. On Monday, June 26, 2023, at approximately 2:10 pm (feel free to review your cameras), I went to the Jack's on Wilson Dam Road in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. The drive through lane were wrapped around so I went inside to get my order to go. There was no one taking orders! A gentleman in front of me left and THEN a lady came to the counter and began taking orders. It ended up being close to FIFTEEN minutes, and after everyone in the restaurant AND the drive through received their orders, I finally received my order.

The restaurant was a trash disposal with napkins, straw sleeves, and drink cup lids all over (see photo).

I sat down to eat my sandwich and it was saturated with mayonnaise...OUTSIDE the bun (photo).

This experience was inexcusable. Horrible management. I wish I had been a district...
