We pulled up and the dining room was closed. We made a mobile order, picked it up through the drive through, first window the girl didn't even look over so we proceeding to the next and got our food, made it home and looked inside to see they got out food wrong! Big Mac in place of a double quarter pounder. I call talk to Carolyn who almost sounded like she didn't believe me. She told me to bring the receipt and the order back. We go back to McDonald's and it's completely dark the arcs are not lit and they look closed. I drive to the window again I deal with Carlolyn again, who asks for my receipt I tell her it was an online order and your girl back there never even opened the window or looked up from her screen as we drove by picking up the food. She hmms outloud as if that just didn't happen which it did. She takes out entire order. My kids happy meal my quarter pounder and the big Mac, and proceeds to look up our receipt since it was an mobile order, she finds it comes back to the window and proceeds to tell me I still need to tell her what I ordered, I did. She finally tells me to pull up and the remake ny entire order, didn't give us new drinks. Took my kids happy meal in the middle of her eating it. Since when do u take our entire dinner and not just what was wrong caroloyn? It's because u didn't believe your customer! And that's horrible. Theres too many other McDonald's in the area to treat your customers like that! I won't be coming back to This location due to crappy management!
Update NEW INCIDENT WITH MANAGER GALE! WOULD NOT ACCEPT BOGO COUPON FOR MCGRIDDLE SAYING THEY DONT DO MDGRIDDLES ON THE COUPON. I ORDEREDTHE EXACT SAME THING I ALWAYS ORDER ON THAT COUPON YET WAS YELLED AT FROM ACROSS THE KITCHEN BECAUSE SHE WOULDNT EVEN COME TO THE WINDOW TO SPEAK TO ME. WHAT IS WITH THIS LOCATION AND CRAPPY MANAGEMENT?! CALLED CORPORTATE OFFICE IN FLORENCE AND WAS TOLD MCGRIDDLES ARE IN FACT APART OF THAT COUPON. WENT BACK FOR REFUND AND SHE CONTINUED TO BE RUDE! WHAT THE HECK!!

Read moreThis must be the only McDnalds in the area because there’s always a long line…That being said: The lady taking the order - wonderful The guy who took payment - wonderful The lady who handed us the food - wonderful…I love the way she interacted with the little girl in the car before us, so sweet! But the person who made order number 1359 needs to go back to elementary school.. The burgers were special ordered with #1 no mustard, extra onions and #2 extra onions… neither one had onions and mine was loaded with a ton of pickles!
Next.. The food: The fries….PERFECT! (I order ,y fries with no salt, so they were nice & fresh The nuggets…probably the best I’d had in a good while, also very fresh and not overcooked! But the burgers…again with the burgers… ok.. My burger, the McDouble, aside from lacking my onions, it was pretty tasty…not as fresh as I’d like, especially after tasting those nuggets, but still not bad… however my mom’s little cheeseburger tasted and felt like it had sat around for quite some time…the patty was hard and the sandwich itself was barely warm..she only took that one bite you see missing in the photo and here tests…she went to sleep with just some fries and a nugget because it messed her stomach up. Read moreThe service at this location has steadily declined over the past couple of years. The staff is often rude, and there's about a 50/50 chance you'll receive the correct order—or anything close to it. Of all the locations in the area, this one is by far the worst.
It seems the decline started around the time new shift leads or managers were brought in, which may be the root of the problem. When mistakes happen—like receiving someone else's order—the staff responds with hostility, as if it's unreasonable to question the error.
It’s clear the owners aren’t reviewing security footage or listening to audio from customer interactions. Tonight was yet another example: they got the order wrong and were rude to my wife. The manager even slammed the window in her face and walked off, acting more like a child than a professional.
Ordering here feels like a gamble—you never know what you’ll get. And no matter how polite you are, it’s obvious the staff simply doesn’t care. That reflects directly on the ownership.
Personally, I won’t be returning unless there’s a complete overhaul of the staff—or robots take over. It’s a shame, and the owners should be genuinely embarrassed by how poorly this location is run.
