Wendy's — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

First, I ordered two number twos. When I pulled up to the window the girl handed me my drinks with the exchange of my money. But what happened next turn my night upside down as if I I had the worst customer service ever. Both drink were wrong I asked for the Strawberry Passion fruit chiller and got Mango instead. Also my other drink was supposed to be Lemonade and it was Strawberry lemonade. Both drink were wrong and water down as if they only used water. As I handed back both drinks she went to talk to one of the servers that made it. As I looked through the drive through window the fat girl inside rolled eyes as if she was blaming the customer (ME) as if I made it wrong. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and went to make them again. The window server came up to the window and asked me what other drink didn’t I want. I told her “why would you ask me that when a customer ( ME) had already told you what I wanted?? I’m in customer service and this bad business practices. When a customer asks to fix the drinks you do it and not argue about it. Just make it the way your trained to prepare fruit chillers. Third manager Leslie on this shift was very rude and disrespectful to me. Finally when I got home both number twos were wrong. I asked for no pickles no mayo. She told me I needed to calm down over the phone but I was calm and professional. She needs to fired and the fat girl and window server. I highly do not recommend this Location. I’ve eaten here plenty of times and sometimes don’t have this much problems. People need to be retrained on customer service scenarios. Mistakes happen but nobody should be rude to customers. We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before reaching the order board, the order readout was down so the order could not be confirmed and was not repeated at the order board. Another 10 minutes pass and we make it to the window, a very kind and well mannered employee named Kevin repeated the order at my wife's request. An extra drink and large fry where added and he tried to have it removed for us but after waiting on the manager for roughly 5-8 minutes my wife said it was fine that we would take the extra items anyway. After receiving our meal we pulled to a parking spot because we noticed an entire meal was missing, my wife went inside and was given the meal, it was not given to the window worker and was still sitting on the bagging table. The fy was supposed to be a large and ended up being a regular. We left and started handing our kids their food and we received a kids meal with only a fry in the bag, the burger was missing as well as the extra burger for that meal. My wife drove back and went inside and ask for the manager, her name was Kayla and she was very dismissive about the whole thing and continued to make excuses in a smart mocking manner. The fries where all cold and had no salt, the burgers where room temperature with stale buns, the lettuce on my wife's burger was wilted and gross. I was very disappointed with this Wendy's restaurant; the place was filthy!! The first thing I noticed was how dirty and black the concrete was leading up to the restaurant's door and the door had many fingerprints. When was the door last cleaned? I was greeted by a large liquid spill when I entered the dining area. This is a safety hazard and was not cleaned during my approximate 40 minute stay. There were tables that were dirty and the floor was littered with food, paper and dirt! When was it last swept and mopped? The table legs were very dirty and the corners of the dining room were very dirty to match most of the dining room. This place needs a serious deep cleaning!! The self serve drink machines were, you guessed it, filthy! They were missing a lot of soda flavors. When were the machines cleaned and filled with soda syrup? Last but not least was men's room. The automatic soap dispenser didn't work and there were no paper towels to dry my hands. The floor was as nasty as the dining room floor. On a positive note, the hamburger was good.
