Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

Zaxby’s is my favorite fast food, but I would give 0 stars if possible. We went last night (9/6/25) through the drive thru and everything started fine. We paid $43.00 (4 meals), got through the line and realized there were no forks, so I went inside. I was never greeted, until finally someone notified an employee who was leaned up on the counter on her cell phone, and without getting off of her phone, she asked me what I wanted, and handed me my forks. We left and everyone began to eat. My girlfriend (3 chicken nibblers meal) began to eat, the bread was as hard as a softball, and there was a hair in her food, everyone’s chicken tasted rotten, and we all barely ate. The worst part is that I just called the manager and he was so extremely rude. He didn’t seem to care about my issue at all, and quickly, yet rudely stopped me in the middle of my story and told me he can’t listen to me for 30 minutes, (we were on the phone for 4 minutes). He asked for the food and receipt back, so i will go get them out of the trash can. Overall awful experience, maybe look into hiring different management because this one clearly doesn’t know how to manage people and issues.google wont let my upload the phone call but if anyone would like it, contact me...

i hate to be the person to complain ab fast food places but o my god. idk what the deal was today. i usually try not to go to this one bc i already know my foods either going to be cold or messed up but i felt like today i might have good luck. they didn’t seem to be really busy (i went at 2 o’clock) but we ended up having to pull into a parking spot to wait for the food, which i was fine with. but they bring the food out and the entire bag has nuclear sauce dripping from it. literally everything in the bag was drenched in the sauce. not to mention the kiddie finger i ordered, didn’t receive the water with it or THE CHICKEN. literally just got a thing of fries. and it said the meal correctly on the receipt. it was like they poured the entire thing of sauce into the box with my buffalo big zax snack in it. it was better than not having any sauce at all but it literally got all over me and my car. the picture doesn’t even do it justice. i will say the employees were nice so atleast they’re doing...

I absolutely love Zaxby's chicken and fries.. My husband really enjoys the wings and Texas toast.. I have no complats only one 😊 the tomatoes have always look wierd to me for some reason.. All in all this place here is great however I have been in side before were a few tables was dirty but I mean if the place is busy then I totally understand why they would be.. I had the TLC chicken sandwich today on my visit I usually get the Zaxby's club sandwich all the time cause that's just what I love most. But today I tried the TLC chicken sandwich and I half to say I LOVED it it was so good could have use more mayo and lettuce of course I could live without tomatoes but they was pretty good on this sandwich told the husband next time I will ask for bacon and cheese and a little extra mayo and lettuce.. but I left full and happy that's all that matters to me.. Also I think the should have something over the windows by the drive-thu area it's wrong that people see you eating when they...
