Unfortunately, we have had a really mediocre first visit, the food was bland, not cooked enough, and the rice tasted like plastic. I generally like to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt, so we attempted again this past weekend. For our order we called our order in, the person taking the order says “ok, one hour” I said, “oh wow, an hour ok.” She confirmed again, “yes, yes, one hour.” I understand that sometimes places are busy and was not starving, so we waited. We arrive almost exactly one hour later and our food was cold and soggy from sitting for much longer than food in a container should be. I cannot recommend this restaurant. I tried this place for the first time today. They have lunch specials, and even though I hadn't called in an order (because they didn't answer), service was quick. My daughter wanted soup with her meal, and got an egg roll, just like I did, so was a bit disappointed. The egg rolls were delicious. Her sesame chicken was good, but my "Chicken and Chinese vegetables" didn't have any special taste. It wasn't bad, it just didn't have much flavor at all. The vegetables included a generous variety including: carrots, bamboo, cabbage, onions, water chestnuts and snow peas, and were done perfectly, not overcooked. For lunchtime, meals were served with rice included in the same container, which was handy. We will be back, but I am ordering...

Always a great meal! I usually order the sesame chicken dinner combo. The combos are definitely the best value, they include your entree, rice, and an egg roll.

The old egg roll recipe was better than the current version, but then again I like the more pungent cabbage style egg rolls. None the less they had great texture and a good crunch. I've been told the shrimp eggs are the other recipe...
