Extremely disorganized. We ordered two drinks & a couple other items. Despite an empty store, we had to listen to the team arguing with each other as we had to wait for them to get our order right not once, not twice, but three times. The wrong donuts were given in the bag. We drove away only to realize that the vanilla iced coffee we received had no vanilla in it, but had a splash of chocolate in it, and the chocolate iced drink had vanilla in it and only a hint of chocolate. Again, this is after numerous re-takes on the drinks! We will not be going to this location again, as this was the second time we went there only to receive terrible service both times. I stopped in during national coffee day to redeem a buy one get one deal I was emailed from DD. I ordered and up on pulling up to the drive through window I was told in order to redeem the deal I needed to order on the app which they also said was currently not working. I pulled up the email on my phone and clearly it stated you can order in store or on the app. Still, they would not honor the deal and said the owner would be mad if they gave away a free coffee. From the other reviews here it looks like hospitality training is something this store is in serious need of. Instead of honoring a national promo and losing a .25 cent coffee they lost a customer. Not really sure how to rate this store. The younger girls who work at night are pleasant, always cheerful and friendly. HOWEVER the newer employees who I’m guessing are new because I’ve never seen them are the complete opposite. I pulled up this morning- the lady didn’t say a word and just stuck her hand out- like pay me- then closed the window, handed me back my card, gave me my 3 items, again without saying one word then closed the window and walked away. Never asked if I wanted a receipt, never spoke 1 word to me.
