yesterday my stepdaughter reserved online for 5 people at 4:45 pm we got there at 4:50 was texted back with a 40 minute wait. I was waiting in the wait room and counted groups of 5 or more 20 minutes and was never called but yet those groups were seated first and we waited still no call stepdaughter was texted back wait time 50 minute still waiting 4 more groups of 5 or more came in and were again seated. Being a retired Marine I was very patient and didn't say anything after talking with some of those people they apologized and went in. We waited for another 30 to 40 more minutes my wife went in and was told that tables are being cleared and cleaned and arranged and yet we patiently for 29 more minutes I finally entered and asked what was the problem, My Wife informed me that she was told 3 times that the tables were being assembled and cleaned and I asked And, looked at the staff. I started asking why the hold-up was told again be patient. Well I mentioned that WE have been very patient. the staff seemed bewildered as if they didn't know what was going on and they still tried to played dumb and ignorant. Well I just lost it cause being ignored for a long time is highly unacceptable and unappreciated so WE went to Colton's instead dumb idiots and I always tipped 20 to 40 percent above the total, well our server sure greatly appreciated our business. tuff luck olive garden...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe Olive Garden in Muskogee does not disappoint, except for one thing. The pros, it is brand new, and clean. It is full of wait staff. They are new, but there are experienced trainers to help the newer folk. We had Rhayia, who was great. Managers came around greeting.
The food is as expected at an Olive Garden: grand! Good location, too. Muskogee finally got it after all the memes over the years.
The only con is not location-specific. I usually create my own without meat. That is, if I don't get fettuccine alfredo. With the fettuccine alfredo, occasionally I would get Italian sausage. I would get two sausage links with this. I tended to quit doing this after a while and just get the fettuccine alfredo by itself. Tonight I wanted to treat myself and celebrate the new location and did a create my own and add sausage. Rounded up it was around $4 extra. For this I expected a couple of sausage links as they're not terribly long. I was disappointed in only one link for that price. That said, it was still very good eating. Will definitely be back, but won't add any Meats to my create my own or to my fettuccine Alfredo. Taking away one star overall due to this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreArrived at 8:00pm . We just ordered spaghetti w/ meatsuace. When we go to Tulsa .. always the meat is in small uniform pieces.. its been cooked in the sauce.. There is no skin on the spaghetti either. This was cold noodles,, marinara sauce poured over crudely hacked large chunks of seemingly unseasoned meat.. It reminds me of when your child cooks something for the first time.. ā¦. I hadnāt eaten all day do I had two bites.. breadsticks were hot,, salad was full of lettuce heels , obviously made by someone who does not eat salad.. We had a sweet waitress w/ a great smile.. unfortunately that is all I can say as the service was untimely , to say the least. Its kind of unfortunate. Live in Muskogee,, wait 30 years for an Olive Garden and finally go.. just to say, ā I will still be driving to Tulsa to eat at theirsā I have been to all locations in Tulsa, Broken Arrow and down the Coast.. This by far was the worst experience unparalleled. I will give it once more chance once the images of the crude hacked up meat clumps and salad heels leave my memory. Sad but true. I still tipped well.. do not believe in...
