The drinks were perfect. No complaints about them at all. This location makes their drinks better than the Muskogee location. However, the food was pretty terrible. I do not believe it is the fault of the employees. The food was prepared well and was hot, but the ingredients are extremely low quality. The chicken was super rubbery - even more rubbery than QuikTrip's breakfast chicken sandwiches that sit under the warmer for hours. The egg was also rubbery and had no flavor. The turkey sandwich was okay, but my girlfriend couldn't finish it because it was pretty mid. As a person who loves coffee, but can only have decaf, I find it frustrating that I am essentially punished for it. Anytime I order a drink and want to sub for decaf I am always charged more at Starbucks.
Today I wanted a grande caramel ribbon crunch without coffee. Because there is apparently no way to ring it up with no coffee or sub decaf it has to be rang up by ingredients and ended up costing me more than if I had just ordered it with caffeine.
This has always been a flaw in Starbucks system and I do not encounter the problem when I go to other coffee shops. As such I rarely go to Starbucks for this reason but occasionally I like to. This will remain a deterrent for me and an inconvenience to employees when a simple no coffee or sub decaf button could be added to the POS to account...

When I walked inside the establishment I was immediately greeted by someone who was wearing a headset by the drive-thru window. My first impression was wow, how inviting! There were baristas busy working on orders so I asked the person who greeted me if she had someone who could assist me with the Starbucks App. She asked an employee (who was very friendly) and sitting at a table if she would help me. I was so very surprised and grateful for the team of them assisting me with explaining (in detail) the App and placing my order. Thank You SO much for the excellent customer care this morning!
