Mill Creek Carpet & Tile — Local services in Muskogee

When I purchased the tile, salesman talked me out of the trim that I wanted. He said it was what “Everyone was using” knowing full well that I was doing a retro style. Tried to say it was more modern ; I suspect it to be cheaper &/or easier to install. And no, I don’t care for it now that it’s installed. Installation: The installers weren’t prepared to demo the remainder of the old tile. They did not protect my new surfaces adequately. The spacing of the tiles & therefore the grout is really uneven & sloppy. The tile pattern does not Match in one corner. I’ve never seen tile installed starting at both ends and meeting in the middle . These issues are extremely visible & take away from our enjoyment of this new backsplash that I saved for & was not...

Purchased wood look linoleum. Installed incorrectly. Looks terrible. Mill creek will not return my calls. Called corporate office. They were supposed to inspect. No inspection yet, still waiting. Does no good to purchase a product and have installed incorrectly by mill creek contractors. Will use a reputable company next time. Update : After speaking with Clarence at the corporate office, my issues have been resolved. New linoleum was installed properly and professionally. Looks great. I have always had great results and quality products and work done by Mill Creek. Glad they stand by their work. Will continue to purchase all my flooring needs. We have worked with this business before and again were more than pleased with our experience this time. Kyle came to measure our rooms for lvp flooring the day following my call. He suggested we come to the store to see the sample of the flooring we selected prior to making the final decision. He facilitated scheduling installation following our visit and final selection of the lvp. I talked to Kyle on Monday and all three rooms were installed by noon on Friday.
