My wife went in there and was assisted by one of their employees in finding a good choice of alcohol for a decent price. The employee told her it was $11 and helped her check out at the register. when arriving home after opening up the bottle I got a notification on my phone that I was charged 38. took photos of everything Went in the next day to talk to the manager and was told that I would not be reimbursed for the overcharge regardless of their mistake and that the employee that helped my wife had been there for a long time and wouldn’t have made that mistake. basically calling me a liar And when I stated so you tell your customers one price and charge them another then she got heated and told me that I needed to leave the store and never come back. very poor customer service and even accountability or integrity on their side. I do not recommend this place regardless of their selection or high prices. Rude and untruthful, especially for my very first liquor store upon moving to this location. again I do not recommend. go to a store with decent prices, better liquor, selection, and even better customer service than this place. Both of the doors locked. They let us in and we checked out and locked us in the store. Manager wouldn’t unlock door. Manager kept saying he had a weird feeling and pacing around... Employee had to corner manager and get the keys to unlock door. Over 10 mins of waiting by door. No one in. No one out. Ridiculous service. Thank you Byron for getting the keys and letting us out. Employees seemed concerned for everyone’s safety at least.. Not sure what was going on...

I like the store, both sides of it. I like it enough that i would have given five stars if not for that awful parking lot. They have a fabulous selection of liquors and beers and great prices. Lots of convenient things to buy in the convenience store side. That parking lot is the worst!
