The worst run restaurant I have ever seen or experienced. I try not to leave bad reviews, but every visit over the last 2 years, about 12-15 times in total. Each visit has been more awful each time. The staff is short tempered, unfriendly and angry you dared to bother them. This is, of course, aside from the fact the app and the website don't work, so you have to interact with the staff if you want to order there. They don't understand basic requests, or questions. This time, I got through 90% of my order when I was told they don't accept orders over the phone. Since the app and the site don't work, I given the choice of going in person and ordering there (unpleasant since the staff often struggle to follow verbal requests) or doordashing. Fine. But once there, I find out they don't have half the items I wanted to order, which. Why couldn't they tell me over the phone before I wasted my time driving out there. Then they dumped so much pepper on my sandwich there were places I couldn't see the meat below the literal piles of pepper and salt. I get they were mad they were had to work today but they really didn't need to take it out on the food. I'm genuinely done with subway and will never order food here again. Read moreLast night their employee tried to feed me undercooked meat and when I went back she immediately started arguing with me and then started to call someone on her personal cell phone, so I left with dangerous to eat food and even missing an item because subway not only allows their employees to have a guest over for at least a half our, but they let their employees threaten customers cause they're tired or whatever. They won't give you a phone number for a manager nor will any publicly posted phone number for this franchise work. Therefore. Read moreOrdered ahead. Took thirty additional minutes after the app said it would be ready. I feel for the doordasher ahead of me who also had a ridiculous wait time. I ordered ahead specifically because i didn't feel up to waiting... Additionally they were out of jalapeño bread and when informed of their solution (to toast cheese and jalapeño to the outside) i told them i did not want that they ignored my request and it turned out as disappointing as you might expect.
I wont be ordering from this location again. The "sandwich artists" were complaining the entire time about how they are understaffed and have a hard time getting people to show up on time, which i feel for them as well, i just wanted my subs...
