Luigiano's Italian Ristorante — Restaurant in Mustang

Very sad. Went for the first time and am very disappointed. We ordered the app combo, which was all fried from frozen "foods" really pathetic. The chicken popcorn is seriously just chicken nuggets, the fried cheese is just mozzarella sticks, fried jalapeños is just cheddar poppers. They must have just been fried in the same fryer basket and dumped onto a plate because there was zero presentation.

I ordered the Chicken Carbanaro which I asked the waitress how they prepare the chicken because there was no chicken so unless they shave the chicken there wasn't any. She assured me that they did put chicken in......even though there was zero chicken. And now seeing everyone else's pictures it makes me believe even more that there was no chicken. My son ordered the Philly, also barely any meat or peppers in the hoagie.

Other than the waitress insisting that there was chicken and there clearly was not, service was fine. But food was Very, very disappointing and won't go back.

Normally I don't leave negative reviews like this but this must be said in hopes the problems will be fixed by the owners.

Wife and I stopped in for an early dinner. They only had 2 other customers when we arrived.

Bathrooms were in bad shape and smelled of sewage, toilets were loose and wobbly in both restrooms, wife told me "don't use the bathroom as it smelled real bad", I used the mens to do business and wash my hands. They definitely need a good plumber and a heavy cleaning.

I had a Calzone wife ordered chicken parmesan with Alfredo and noodles. The Calzone was mostly empty felt like they were skimming to save money, wife's chicken parmesan and Alfredo and noodles was very bland like it was from frozen and the Alfredo sauce tasted spoiled so wife didn't eat but a bite. We also ordered a slice of chocolate cake to share. The cake was old tasting and very dried out, it never should have been sold to a paying customer.

Service was on point. Kept our drinks full and table cleared. I felt bad for the guy having to work here in it's current state.

Service was great as far as calling in a take out order goes. Upon arriving to pick up the food the wonderful fragrance of Italian cuisine was in the air, entering the building was a shock as to what is inside. A beautiful atmosphere with dim lights a fully stocked wine bar and the aroma of mouth watering Italian cuisine permeating the air. The food smelled and looked absolutely incredible however much to my disappointment it was not good at all. The fettuccine Alfredo had no flavor whatsoever, the meat in the lasagna was ground so fine it was impossible to taste along with the other flavors, the marinara was flavorless aside from the tomato base. The Cesar salad was nothing to write home about and the dressing was exceptionally sweet and did not taste like any Cesar I have ever had before. Spent a little over $80 for the meal and sad to say will not be returning to this restaurant which is extremely disheartening as I wanted to love it because the atmosphere is incredible. 5 stars for atmosphere but a 0 for the food.
