Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Mustang

Agree with Kenneth. Started great but quickly went down hill. First, the children running this zoo are some of the rudest folks I have ever had to deal with on the phone. Stop making excuses for them and fire them and get decent customer service people. Second, being on hold for 10 minutes plus I dont care how busy you are is unacceptable, ever. Third, I live literally 3 blocks behind the restaurant. 1 hour from the time I place an order to get a medium regular menu pizza.... pretty bad. And the final straw was today- Went to the mail and got my 4th piece of mail from Marcos asking if they needed to send out a search party for me? So I called the mustang location and ask to speak to the manager. I was immediately ask why? Mistake, big time. Finally got the Manager on the phone. She sounded 12. I ask her how I was to go about having mail to my house stopped? She said well we dont send it from here but give me your information and I will get it stopped immediately. Never once asking- "Oh, what happened?" "Everything ok?" "Anything I can do?" Just said give me your info and I will stop them. So, just to test things, I said, "its a waste of coupons since we wont be eating there any more" Here response, "Ok I will take care of it." and she hung up... I was very nice and polite. This is the kind of treatment and attitude you can expect from this crew. I am sad that I have to order Papa Johns clear from Yukon. Will be sad to see you all go. Maybe PJ will...

Worst experience ever. Just moved to Mustang. First time ordering. Ordered at 7:17 pm and at 8:22 we still had not received our delivery which by the tracker should have been delivered at 8:06. So I call the store. Sure enough they screwed up and stuck our delivery pizza in carry out. Then proceeded to tell me it would be another 30 mins before it could be delivered after they remade the pizza since it sat there for so long. I said you’re kidding me right another 30 mins? That’s not acceptable. We have waited well over an hour already. At this time it’s now 8:38 pm. I have 3 hungry kids and they can’t wait another 30 mins for food. I said nevermind just issue a refund I’ll come grab a refund ticket and go somewhere else. I definitely won’t do business there. Excellent!!! We were looking for a pizza spot to deliver to our address. We looked at a different pizza joint in the area first (less than five miles away and also starts with an M) but the reviews were piss POOR so we decided with Marco's. This was our first encounter. They had excellent reviews and we decided Marcos was a better pick than that other restaurant!

Trouble was when we tried to place our order we found out they didn't deliver to our area. But I spoke with a dude named Adrian who helped us out and found a driver willing to deliver our order anyways! It took awhile granted, but I'm not in the least bit complaintative since they didn't have to do it in the first place!

Long story short, pizza was hot and fresh and pretty good, and as far as first experiences go this was a great one! Try them their staff is Excellent and the food...
