Hardee’s — Restaurant in Myerstown

Just wanted to let you guys know that I love your breakfast !! 😍 the biscuits are to die for ,so fresh and golden butter flavored and yummy 😋 Please keep making them from scratch..these other places there breakfast is no match to yours! I used to work here many years ago it is well kept clean environment and I still eat there breakfast like at least once or twice a week. And always recommend your restraunt to others for every meal!! Friendly employees always willing to go the Xtra mile to please thier customers and put a smile on their faces..well run clean environment 😊. Let's not forget the awesome themed shape biscuits like the heart for mother's Day and Valentine's Day they are sooo cute..but I must make a suggestion that not only should u keep doing the hearts but maybe start adding more random shapes for ur biscuits like a shamrock ☘️ shape for st.patties day or like for the month of June since that is considered the Summer maybe do like a seashell or star fish shape or something like that..I don't know but the different shapes of biscuits is nice , refreshing and puts a smile on our faces ..keep up the great work guys 👍 see u...

As a person who has four degrees in business management, customer service is extremely important to me such as, the cleanliness of the establishment, whether the service was fast or not... Etc. Up until today, I have never been to a Hardee's in my life so this was a big first impression. Not only were we greeted and felt welcome, but the polite young man was patient with me having no idea what to order since I've never been there. However, we got our food extremely quick and they even brought it to our table so we didn't wait at the counter. Becca, who was not the one that took her order but the one that brought us our food... Stayed with us and had a conversation that had to have lasted 20 to 25 minutes. I'm sure she had tons of things that she needed to do and get them before leaving and it was already getting late, but she was extremely polite, kind, very outgoing, there was not a negative thing about her! I ordered the Super Star meal and a Famous Star burger. Everything was not good. The Cherry Coca Cola I was given was repulsive. It tasted like water with cherry-flavored cough syrup.

The burgers were large, but both were soggy as hell, and the lettuce, tomato and onions were a bunch of chopped up wilted, soggy, sorry bunch of slop. The fries were over-salted.

In sum, I was just ripped off to the tune of $18.84, but you don’t have to lose your hard-earned cash to find out how little the people at this fast food joint appreciate their jobs.
