I went through the drive thru with a to go order from this Dunkin a few minutes ago and I forgot to add 2 donuts that I thought I did order, so I said somethings missing and a girl named Danielle came to the window and said she needed to see the receipt. I tried to pull up the order on my phone and she said in the most condescending voice, āI need the receipt off the bag, I. NEED. THE. RECEIPT. OFF. THE. BAG. All while rolling her eyes. So I gave it to her. She again in a rude voice said itās not on here. So that was my bad, and I said it was. There wasnāt anyone behind me so I asked if I could just pay cash. She again rolled her eyes and tried to charge me for 6 donuts when I was asking for 2. I told her the kinds I wanted 3 times and she acted like I was the biggest inconvenience for wanted to add to my order. Once I finally paid she came to the gentleman that was at the window and slammed the donuts down on the counter and walked away. NEVER have I ever felt so disrespected!! Danielle should not be working in a custom service job because she clearly doesnāt have the manners or attitude that are needed to work with customers. I go to this place often and I will never return to this location to be disrespected in that way ever again! So beware of this Dunkin if Danielle...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just had the worst experience this morning at Dunkin Donuts located at 3635 Walton Dr, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. I have a coupon for 6 free donuts with the purchase of 6, so I preceeded to the drive thru and began to order. When I said I had a coupon with those details on it she immediately caught an attitude and said she had to ask her manager if they accepted the coupon. I of course then explained the coupon and said it wasn't for a specific location just a generic coupon because I assumed we weren't on the same page and there was no reason for a Dunkin to not accept a Dunkin coupon. Then the manager got on the speaker and aggressively explained she wasn't going to accept the coupon and I could go to a different location where maybe they would accept it. She continued her rant and threatened to call the cops on me, to be more specific the sheriff's office, which she has on speed dial. Let me add I never got loud or threatened her at anytime. To be honest it's just sad anymore dealing with these corporations and I know I'm only one person but I will not be doing business with that location ever...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe new staff is horrible. Daily I come here for over a year as both of my buisness are on either side so its easier to go here on a run. Recently a whole new staff has shifted in, they get EVERYTHING wrong and are half trained. Today, getting our coffees, the same ones we get every day, it was a battle. After 3 times of telling them they are handing us the wrong coffee as the stickers say what they are, the girl making them came in front of the window rolled her eyes and got upset she made the wrong size (small instead of large that was paid for) walked what I think she thought was out of sight and dumped the same wrong coffee in a large cup to just top it with more whipped cream and handed it back to the boy in the window. When I said, did she just dump the wrong coffee in another cup and hand it back he said "yea cause it's the same amount." Not only will I just be driving to black rifle down the road for better quality product and , from now on, I'll be making sure others know they will not give you what you order and you won't get the quantity for what you pay and they are OK with that. It was absolutely insulting and wrong. If you're getting coffee, apparently you get the same amount in a small as you do their large so...
