Mama Mia Pizzeria(Myrtle Beach North) — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

We decided to order this our last night in town after it started pouring rain. We first called to make sure they were delivered to our location. I gave them our address over the phone and they said they did so I told them I’d call back in a few minutes once we figured out our order. I called back five minutes later, got someone different and went to give my address for the condo we were staying it and he cut me off before I could give the ZIP Code, telling me he didn’t need that. I figured they had delivered here before because I gave them the condo name before the address. He told us it would be about 55 minutes, granted this was at almost 10pm on a Saturday so that was fine with us.. We cleaned up the condo while waiting.. 55 mins rolled around and no driver so we gave him 15 more and then I called the location back to ask for an ETA.. He seemed busy and rudely said “All I can say is he’s on his way, he’s probably stuck in traffic”.. no offer to see where he was or anything so we decided to wait a little longer.. 15 more minutes roll by and the driver calls us asking if we are near a certain restaurant I had never heard of.. I told him I’m from out of town and gave him some landmarks/places around us... He said oh, I’m sorry I’ll be there soon...what’s the address?

Never in my life have I had a delivery driver not put in the address or at least have it.. I understand there are places they probably deliver to constantly but you know what they saying about assuming...

We finally got our food an hour later than what they said the ETA was.. so almost a full two hours.. and still gave us the full price when he handed us the food of almost $60.. I wish we wouldn’t have paid in cash so I could’ve at least called back for them to change the amount charged or I really wish we would’ve been there one more day so I could’ve asked for a full refund. Literally worst delivery service for semi ok pizza and pasta. Their garlic cheese bread is good.. but it’s not two hour wait good...

Save yourself the trouble and call Pizza...

We ordered food last evening - classic Italian sub & lemon pepper wings. We were told it would be a 40 min delivery time. After over an hour I called & the young man said he’d check. He said our order had been given out in mistake. He said he would bring our order himself & would be here in 15 minutes. Apx. 5 minutes later there’s a knock on our door & a lady standing there with our order saying something like our order had been misplaced. I paid & even tipped - we were hungry & I just didn’t feel like telling her how I felt. Well about the food — it was obvious our order had been somewhere & definitely not on a direct route to us. The wings were hard and Luke warm. The sandwich barely warm, the top layer of the bread was hard, the lettuce & tomatoes were soggy & withered and the bottom bread was soggy from the food sitting on it. It was clear the sandwich had been toasted properly but had sat around long enough for the bread to get hard and soggy on the inside. It was also obvious the wings had been hanging around for quite a while. Had this been served to me in a restaurant it would have been returned. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this is one time I felt I had to. I believe this number on the receipt might be the order number: 0027b,...

Last night we ordered delivery (our first time ever having mama Mia) it took a little while with the frustrated man trying to get our address and phone number. He asked for all of it twice. Then we paid with a credit card over the phone. Gave him the number, exp and zip. The delivery guy comes and he had no idea we paid with a cc. He said "oh this happens all the time i hate this they never give me the cc receipt" so I wrote down a tip and signed a regular receipt. The driver then calls me a few mins later saying the store said I didn't pay. Oh yes I did! Then a few mins after that the store manager calls saying his employee said I never paid with a credit card. THE EMPLOYEE WAS LYING. It makes me afraid that the employee took my cc info for himself. This was the first and last time we will ever order from this place. I can't even tell you how are food was. By time I was done arguing with this dude our food was ice cold. Way to gain a new customer! You came to my home to deliver my food why would I not pay, you know where I live! Still so...
