I used to love zaxbys, i never had it where i grew up and the first few times the food was amazing and service was like any other fast food subpar but got the job done accurately. But this is the second time i have come to this location and have been so disappointed!! I never pay less than 30 dollars for two to eat FAST FOOD at this place, and the least i expected from you guys was kind service and quality of your food! I wasn’t even acknowledged when i got there, literally ignored for a good minute with no one else in line and 5 workers just standing around? I ordered the 10 boneless wings with two sauces and a side of ranch. And when i got my food it was 10 tiny little chunks of chicken that was nearly all breading with dry chicken inside, and the sauce wasn’t even half full? 2 oz ramekins and you can’t even fill them up all the way? And when i asked where the ranch that i ordered was they said i had to pay 25 cents for it when the lady who took my order said since i am getting the sauce on the side i don’t get charged for ranch ; whatever its 25 cents i didn’t care. But the way that lady spoke to her coworker was disgusting. OVER 25 CENTS?? I just paid 30 dollars for dusty dry chicken and y’all gonna get mad at each other over a 25 cent ranch after my sauces were barely even full?? Bland food, no sauce with dry chicken, rude staff, bad energy, high pricing. Read moreI was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order at Zaxbys. So i ordered online and seen a coupon for 5 free tenders after my order was placed. So i entered the establishment and already sensed an attitude from a worker named Tanisha/Tenisha/Tee (whatever her name is) she is on the heavier side with glasses. Not only did she state that she cannot add it on the order, she pointed to the recipe and stated you should have did this before the order, and then walked away. After i recieved my food, not only did i not recieve all of my items, she also chose for the kiddie meals to have milk instead of asking Me (the person who is actually paying) and the receipt i paid for said 1 grilled cheese, 1x fries, 1 seasoning, 1x fountain drink, 1x milk. She should have asked which one, because if I’m looking at my receipt, it would appear i had to the option for both, not to choose, which at the point was selected for me by this Tanisha person. So she intentionally wanted to go back and forth with me. She clearly does not like her job, and most likely hates her life, and was said to her face that if she doesn’t like her job, she needs to quit! To order food while On vacation, and have to put up with people like her when all I wanted to do was order food and relax, makes me not want to eat a business such as this in the future. I noticed no fries in my wings/things, but two pieces of toast. I came in to show him he said I would have to pay for fries. I asked why, there is no difference in the cost and I didn't order two pieces of toast. He said because the order said no fries. I explained to him I wouldn't ask for two pieces of toast. My order came up to 34.30. I asked him to think about his decision as a manager. There is no extra cost for fries, fries come with this order, can he please add my fries because my receipt doesn't show that I said no fries. Instead of him making a decision that's best for business he decided to request payment for fries. I asked him to refund everything. Then he says he can't. Now I got to wait after I returned everything back. I guess I'm not going to eat tonight because Blake decided not to add fries to a order that comes with fries. He wanted to charge me for a side that comes with the order. They kept my money. This is a violation. I will seek a civil suit for holding my money after they got all food back.
