This McDonald's charges for water. I didn't realize that when placing an order. I realize that then ask to take off the water from the order when I pull up to the 1st window. The crew member asks me "Why?" I say I don't like paying for water. He argues saying you're paying for the cup, not for water. I don't paying for water cups then or water. I think it should be complimentary for customers like is done at most restaurants in the United States. If this franchisor is so penny pinching to charge 25 cents then that's the franchisors choice, some counties charge for condiments. Maybe he should start charging for ketchup and napkins too. This guys acts like it's the biggest pain to delete the water off his screen. At last he does though taking about 1.5 seconds of his time and making a noise if disgusted at me and says "Have a nice day".
So a few things.
Some customers don't like paying for things when it's usually not customary to do so even if it's very small amount. Don't agree with customers if they don't want something. If you think customers are ridiculous then just say or act that way after they leave. Not to or in front of them.
I don't know what's going on in this guys life. Maybe he's stressed or having a bad day. I can understand that. No hard feeling. I just wanted to give my thoughts. McDonalds is a good company offering high value. This are...

Manager David and Miguel who seems to be excellent with his customer service skills timeliness and quality of products and I've been so many around the world however sure Napa I am just amazed by the cleanliness of the store modern look and awesome kiosks the make it fun and easy to pay but most of all was just a beautiful customer service I've had I'm handicapped and the manager day that he saw me getting out of my car and struggling and he ran out to the car and he offered to give me a hand getting into the restaurant thank you everybody that works here and I asked you the corporate leaders please just tell them thank you for me give them up some appreciation for a loyal customer who's going to be even more loyal now that I've met them thank you David thank you Miguel good...
Read moreI've been here several times before and NEVER had a decent experience. I ordered a strawberry-banana smoothie. When I got to the window to pay, the cashier lady yelled at me, even though I had my form of payment already ready. Then, at the next window the worker tried to give me a smoothie that wasn't blended and was leaking. I asked nicely if she could redo it and she did. I waited close to 10 minutes for a new. During this time, I had a customer behind me yelling at me and trying to ram my car, even though I had pulled up to the designated spot for waiting for a drive-thru order to be fixed. I saw several employees observe this situation, but they did not do anything to help. The customer behind me appeared to take off without their food because they were upset. During this time, I saw other customers parking in the drive thru waiting parking spots that parked and went straight to the playplace without getting food or anything.
