Taco Bell — Restaurant in Napa

First, I just think it’s really weird that Taco Bell asks for your name instead of assigning some random number. I don’t want you to know my name Jorge. Not only are You both rude and lecherous, You are also 100% going to spell and say it wrong. Maybe that’s just me though.

The cinnamon twists where under whelming, lacking adequate cinnamon sugar to give them any taste, but that is always a risk.

The food wasn’t the problem though, not really. It’s Taco Bell, you know the risks of cheap tacos made by apathetic teenagers.

Ok. So my bean burrito had no onions on it. I usually ask for extra onions, because it’s pretty common for there to be none. And adding extra onions is free. I know, I’ve done it so many times! Ok. This burrito was especially tasteless, and like, not a single onion. So I thought, hey, they could just give me some onions right? So I go up to the counter, trying to be as unobtrusive as possible, and tell Tiffany up there about my bland burrito situation and ask for some onions: and she goes “ohhhh.... I think... yeah, a side of onions is 10... 11 cents”

Excuse me? EXCUSE ME TACO BELL GIRL? A) who the hell has change any more? I’m not charging 11 cents to my credit card, that’s just weird! B) ITS NOT A SIDE OF ONIONS. THERE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ONIONS ON THE BURRITO. See how I am very helpfully not demanding you remake my brand, tasteless, onionless burrito? Just give me the damn onions TIFFANY! What, are you working on commission here? Hand me a little cup of onions and I’ll get out of your face so you can get back to staring slack jawwed at the wall Taco Bell girl.

(They’re names weren’t Tiffany and Jorge. I made those up. I’m not going to call out specific Taco Bell employees. I’m just mad that I didn’t enjoy my lunch more, cause I really like food.)

Any way, the other Taco Bell in town is like, .2 miles Further away from my work, but I will be going...

Annateya took my order wrong when i came back she told me it was my fault even though i cant see the screen at night due to brightness because i am handicapped. She said thats not her problem. I said excuse me get your manager. I then told her manager Geraldine do your employees even have customer service skills and she said im sorry we are short staffed. And i said that is not my problem for her to talk to me like that. I will pay for what she didnt charge me but i want my receipts. She gave them to me shaking. I hope this girl learns something. We are never going back to taco bell in napa again!!!! UPDATE: MISSED TACO BELL SO WENT BACK AFTER A FEW YEARS. BAD DECISION! Took over 5 minutes for the order taker to complete my order. He had to have a rude lady come help him several times. She even had to take over the order. Still messed up my order and i had to drive back to get the item they missed. When i paid i asked for the receipt but was so frustrated from the people behind me honking since they kept forgetting items and i had to keep asking for the items. They rude lady helping me at the window was bothered i asked for more sauce for my dozen items and only received 2 fire sauces. i drove off to check my items. Get home had to go back. I went back to get the item from the inside from a nice older gentleman with a beard who applogized for the messed up order. I informed him my order was messed up several time and was upset with the service from the window. I thanked him and tried to pay for the item they forgot to charge me for but he wouldn't let me. Just appreciate his service but they dont wear name tags anymore OR...

Went to busters to have barbecue and here live blues. I drive from Napa all the way to Calistoga just to get their barbecue. It is Buster's mom's recipes. Best coleslaw I think I've ever had. And on Sundays 3:00 to 6:00 they have live blues. It's a wonderful place to go for barbecue music and socializing. Buster and his wife also love their pets. He usually he has one of his dogs roaming around. I try to tell everybody about it because it's a wonderful place and the price is very reasonable. They are known for their tri-chip sandwiches. They also have pork ribs beef ribs pulled pork sandwiches. And their sides are wonderful also like I said they're coleslaw is great along with their baked beans. I tried to tell anybody who is visiting Napa valley they need to go there. So if you're taking a a drive drive-by Buster's and pick up lunch or dinner. And they're also good for leftovers. I actually hesitated writing this review, because I don't want him to get so busy that I can't be served. And I want the prices to stay the way they are. So if you go by there don't forget to get lost in napkins cuz it's finger...
