Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Napa

Before I start, I just want to say that personally I RARELY go out of my way to leave feedback like this. But it’s gotten so bad and after reading numerous recent comments from people that are apparently having the same issue(s) as me I feel a bit more compelled to share my experience. I’m assuming this woman is fairly new because I started seeing her at this location not long ago, and the few times I’ve interacted with her it’s been pretty awful. I hate to make an assumption like this but I kinda figured she might just be high, or amped up on caffeine perhaps who knows.. regardless, she’s very rude. There was literally no one behind me and I felt rushed, while she appeared visibly irritated that I was deciding what exactly I was getting/paying for. I also had another issue many others are bringing up, they were low on a lot of the ingredients and her excuses as to why I couldn’t have them were ridiculous. I even said I don’t mind waiting but I guess it was too big of an ordeal for her to handle. Before paying she asked if there was anything else I needed and I asked for a cup of water. She told me, “Just say water.” As if she was frustrated that I said cup of water instead. I didn’t even know how to respond to her and I’m the last person that wants to cause a scene or even argue with someone in the slightest bit. I often am too passive in situations especially like this. I honestly feel stupid coming back...

I never make reviews but this one I had to do.. they didn’t have chips, sour cream, fresh rice nor fresh veggies. I asked for white rice and the guy had to run over to the to-go service line to start my bowl because the main service line was empty. Next, I asked for veggies but there was literally scraps left and so I expected the person making my bowl to ask me if I wanted to wait for some fresh ones. Nope, she started serving the no longer distinguishable veggies on my bowl. I said “oh those veggies look really sad.” She responded with “yeah they don’t really look great, they must have mixed something with them” (the veggies were the color of over sauted mushrooms like a dull brown gooey color). Still no offer to make fresh ones. After the one pinch of veggies I said “never mind I don’t want any of those veggies.” She was very kind about it all but just not helpful at all. I continued to the next section and they were out of sour cream. Finished at the register and the lady says “can I offer you a drink or a side of guacamole but I can’t offer chips we’re out of those tonight.” Food tasted good just a very underwhelming and strange experience....

Chipotle is one of those hit-or-miss places they have good food but their service can be OK and it seems like they're trying to put such small amounts of meat on their tacos that it makes me wonder you know if that is A corporate policy Or just poorly trained employees that are free not to get bonus or something. Update today I brought my kid because he wanted to have some of their food we had a young lady name Jenny she was outstanding in service and really seemed to care about the food preparations... UPDATE 9/11/24 Showed up and ordered some food there was a lady who keep wanting to put my tacosnon top of each other on the tray instead of sideways like everyone does when ask she move them from the tray to just foil wrap then someone ask about the foil she said thisnis how he wants it and it seemed the rest of the way I was seen like I'm an issue bad attitude from her and the next girl and just felt odd. seems like thw attitude in this place has change no one cares about thisnplace no more 90 percent of the tables were dirty of had some debris we got here at 1 20 about 40.minutes...
