This happened September 14 , 2024 around 12:00pm. I usually donât make reviews but this really made me mad. Rude customer service, asked for light ice and gave me a lot of ice instead and the drink tasted very weird . I told her if she mind charging me a sandwich in a separate transaction if not it totally okay and she gave me attitude and physically make a noise at me and a ugly rude look and was very rude about it ( a girl with ring bull nose piercing and some freckles that takes orders in the drive through ). I told her if it was is an issue to cancel my order. i made her cancel my order , Got my drink and left. like if you don't like nor happy with your job leave Starbucks go find something else. A job like Starbucks not for you. Your job not even heavy, nor do anything then just taking order and BEING NICE TO CUSTOMERS. And we as customers don't have fault the way your acting. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, I was greeted with unprofessional laughter instead of a proper greeting. After I placed my order, the entire team seemed to think something was funny, still whispering, talking into their headsets, and looking over while preparing drinks, with one person in the back even going out of her way to look into my car and laughing again. It felt disrespectful, immature, and completely out of line for a company that prides itself on customer care. There was no courtesy, no professionalism, and no basic respect shown at any point. If this is how this team chooses to treat paying customers, they need to be retrained or replaced. After I paid for my drink, both employees start conversersating. The conversation sounds like the other employee is in charge and isn't doing good in his performance.
Let alone, I walked out with my paid drink. It definitely tasted like watered down ice tea.
