Everything about this place is disgusting from the tons of flies all around the food, to the stale bread, there was a leak coming from under the coolers that keep the meats and veggies cool. The bread is stale. 1 employee there today was extremely slow, talking on the phone thru an air pod while making my sandwiches. He kept telling his friend over and over as a joke laughing saying “I hope they don’t die, I hope they don’t get in an accident” so unprofessional to this young man. I have no idea how he has gotten this job and is able to keep it from how he has acted. Definitely has to be a family business because he would never be hired elsewhere with his type of work ethic. It took him 20 minutes to make 3 foot longs I don’t mind someone new learning but it was the talking on the phone and making food that made him forget MULTIPLE times what I have asked for on my sandwiches. Nothing was complicated with them, just simple sandwiches and my whole experience within that time I just wanted to walk out and leave with nothing. Save your money and make a sandwich at home. The food was horrible, meat selection looked discolored, my cucumbers on my sandwich were frozen. Looks to be new owners and they’re HORRIBLE at the upkeep. Never had problems with this North Napa Subway until recently. In our most recent experience with them, they refused to make our online order. My wife confronted them about it calmly, and they chose to ignore her and take new orders. In the end l, she left the establishment 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time empty handed. When I sent a complaint through the subway website, the owner contacted me through email to apologize, but didn't offer to give us our sandwiches, or at the very least a refund for the sandwiches we never received. Barring an act of good faith, we are done with this Subway. There are many other Subways in town, I'd suggest that if you're reading this, you try one...
Read moreMobile orders are always tricky things. When you don't watch the sandwich being made, you won't know about mistakes until you take a bite. We ordered 3 foot longs. One was perfect. One didn't have any of the extras we asked for (asked for heavy BBQ sauce, got very light; asked for salt and pepper, but no). The third one was the wrong sandwich - we ordered the steak club, but got no bacon and no turkey, so it was just roast beef. None of the sauces were on either. This is my second mobile order at this location. The first was also off by a few ingredients. Hey, the food was good and the place was clean, so I might stop by again, but only if I have time to watch them...
