Tacos Don Carlos — Restaurant in Napa

I've lived in Napa since I was 8 years old and I'm 26, I've eaten at almost every truck in Napa at least once and this is still the #1 spot that I frequent. Pastor is absolutely delicious but you can get anything on the menu and it's going to be great. I usually get a Super Burrito or Vampiros with Pastor, everything on them and hot with a pepper on the side. It's great every single time and everyone I introduce it to thinks the same. If you like good consistent and not to mention fairly priced compared to 95% of Napa then go here.

P.S. The Owner along with his Wife are extremely nice and do a lot for the community, if you're interested look into their Instagram posts....

I am such a big fan of Tacos Don Carlos. The Al Pastor tacos are small but delicious and full of flavor, you can't just have one. I also ordered a quesadilla this time around which was very pleasant.
