Sanchez Appliances — Local services in Napa

I found Sanchez Appliance through a FB post, i was hopefully but weary because there's so many scammers out there. Well, let me tell you, I am SO LUCKY I FOUND SANCHEZ APPLIANCES!!!He answered immediately, I went out to Napa from Santa Rosa, CA (but know I know that wasn't necessary, I could have bought them over the phone) anyways, I got there and chose a set that matched MY wants and needs and the price for the set I chose MADE ME SO HAPPY, because I saw the same set being sold for DOUBLE the price at the appliance shops in SR!!!! Damian came out and delivered and installed my washer and dryer. He even did additional work for me due to the cold water connector being broken. He was so wonderful and the prices were AMAZING, knowing we have a 3-month warranty AND if anything goes wrong he can fix them is so reassuring!!! He is also bilingual which is a huge plus for me and my mom. I'm very grateful to him and his co-worker. Damien doesn't speak English very well but his appliances are clearly marked and his young lady speaks English and works in the office. If I spoke Spanish I know the whole thing would have went very smooth but he did not give up on me and in the end I was very satisfied. Good prices and Damien definitely has a strong ambition to satisfy his customers. If you're working through a landlord I suggest getting a little bit involved in the process and going down to his warehouse to pick one out because some landlords don't really care if they get the right size or color, they just want the cheapest ones and Damien even worked on the price with me a little bit and was determined to make sure I was satisfied. A+ as far as I'm concerned!...

Do yourself a favor and just buy a new appliance. I am not sure if all repair shops are like this but my experience was the following. After learning I needed a new clutch in my washer , I decided it would take to long to wait two weeks and called for an estimate from this repair shop. There was an inspection of the washer and was quoted a price...I did not mind paying the premium since I needed washer fixed fast. Unfortunately after it was installed, I was told now I needed a new drum for of course an additional charge never indicated when washer was initially inspected. I understand the drum perhaps could not be diagnosed without working clutch. But the worst part was there were a few screws not...
