Don't come to Oxbow Commons expecting a typical park. On days when there are no events this place is simply a quiet place to sit on the grass or have lunch under in the shade under the bridges. I like taking my kids here to ride bikes or play on the slopes of the underpasses. If you're at the Oxbow Market or downtown for lunch, this is a great place to picnic.
