We stumbled upon this place after popping into the Oxbow Public Market. From the outside, it is unassuming, almost corporate, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. We were seated on the top deck, which offered great views for some fun people-watching while enjoying the wines. Our server was fantastic! She guided us through the pinot tasting menu and even brought out a few additional options tailored to our preferences. By the end, we decided to join the wine club since it waived our tasting fee. We also learned about their other local vineyards, Hall is an absolute must-visit for an authentic winery visit.

We arrived early due to the blessed absence of traffic and were immediately accommodated despite the tasting room being a hive of activity. Excellent cooperation among staff members; Lisa was a fabulous and unobtrusive host. Cannot recommend this place strongly enough; it would be easy for any busy establishment to marginalize tourists (which we aren't) but that is not what happens here: they make you feel like you're the only party there.

One of the few tasting rooms open on the 4th of July. I chose this spot for that reason alone. I had no idea that their pinot noirs were top notch! We did the chocolate pairing and the experience was so great that I ended up becoming a member. Big thanks to Jennifer for sharing your knowledge and obvious love of wine! I can't wait to visit their other locations and I will definitely be back to see them in downtown Napa.

We stopped by yesterday because my dear friend and Napa native has been interested in becoming a member of their wine club for some time. We walked in around 2pm, it was fairly quiet and asked to do a tasting. We were told they were booked for the rest of the day. But they could serve us by the glass. It happens, Napa can get busy on the weekends so we opted for a glass and sat outside. Our server said they would be out to check on us, but never did. The wine wasn’t great. A small pour and the blend was really disappointing for $16 a glass.

As we were closing out, group of four walked in and asked to do a tasting without a reservation and they were accommodated right away. I asked if the serving station had change to break a $20 so we could tip and leave. They no longer have any cash on hand?

TLDR: Wine wasn’t great, service was worse. Wouldn’t go back and certainly won’t...

We received A+ hospitality from Mike when we came here for tasting. It's a really well put-together and cozy spot. They served us one of the best chardonnays either of us ever had, and it seems to be a hit amongst everybody, whether they like chardonnay or not. The pinot noirs were solid across the board; all had their own unique character, but "The Corners" was the one I'll remember for the longest. Really, they were all very good, and I'd happily have any of them again. Don't overlook WALT when you're combing through all the winery...
