⭐ Collectible Cup Promotion – Disappointed Loyal Customer

As an ardent fan of Andy’s Frozen Custard, I was genuinely excited to see the collectible cup promotion. But that excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I realized the cup was just an upsell with no added value. It felt more like a marketing gimmick than a reward for loyal customers.

I had hoped the cup would come with perks — like a discount when reused or exclusive offers for those who bring it back. That would’ve made the promotion feel thoughtful and rewarding, rather than transactional.

Andy’s still delivers great custard, but I hope future promotions offer more substance for those of us who keep coming back.

5 star for food. Zero star for staff and Kevin the Arrogant, condescending, misogynistic, racist, disrespectful store manager - Kevin. No wonder the entire staff were callous when Kevin was disrespectful to us. Pathetic!:

Just ordered sundae from Andy’s at 95th street. The person who took the order and ringed us didn’t take the order correctly- we asked for extra pecans. When I asked for what I wanted, he asked us to pay additional charges and we did. He then made a rude statement and schooled us how to order!. I told him it’s rude and inappropriate to talk to a customer. He then said “ok man”. I asked for the receipt and he shut the door on us and walked away!

At the Naperville location by the AMC theater, the dark skinned woman instantly greeted me with a happy tone in her voice. She took my order all while she was very happy and friendly. She happily took my order with a smile, and passed me my treat and point card with another smile! I stopped here at 9:30 on 9/4/18. I ordered a Ice Chill, which is a scoop of white custard and raspberry lemon ice. The raspberry lemon seemed similar to Haagan Daaz, but no digging in paper containers! :) This was delicious because it's a great mix, and NO SEEDS! Just super. A pleasant experience.
