Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Naperville

I'd highly advise management to warn their night time employee, "Paul", I believe his name was, to watch his mouth when he talks to customers. I accidentally mapped the wrong dominos tonight and this moron had the dumbest attitude that I've ever seen. He says "No were closed, get out". I asked him what town this dominos was in and this imbecile said "I dont know, I just started here two weeks ago, get out". He looks like one of those pieces if shiit who got his butt whooped a lot and he thinks he can shiit to people because hes behind the counter. Newsflash, that's not how the world works. And the sooner he realizes that, the better chance of him getting a job that pays more than 8 dollars an hour. I've been coming to dominos for years and all the people who work there seem like intelligent hs or college kids, or older men and women that are potentially trying to make a good career out of dominos. I think this kid might be borderline retarded. And if he really is, I sincerely apologize to him and management, as I would never intentionally disrespect a handicapped kid. You guys really need to take a look at the type of people you hire. I thought i was in the middle of a "What would you do" taping. I work in management and this guy directly reflects the values of your franchise. This night could've ended very bad for both us and I'm glad that I cooled off and drove away. Man I’ve gone here a couple of times for food and they always do a great job but today. I went in to get my supreme pizza and brownies and they said it wasn’t ready. Cool no problem. I went next door to the vape shop to buy a vape and the went back in. Felt the need to go to the men’s restroom to alleviate myself and so I went forward. I knocked, no one was inside, I proceeded inside and took care of business and when I turn around I notice there is no damn handle for the door as you will see in the video. So I try to open it and to no avail it doesn’t open. I call the branch number to tell them “yo I’m stuck in your bathroom there is no handle from the inside” and BOOM immediately people rush to the bathroom. (Which I appreciate the response) but I heard mfs laughing outside and well the video will tell you the rest. Yet, as soon as I went outside some employee tells me “ yeah man I got locked in earlier” ok mfer if you got locked in earlier don’t you think it’s a good idea to let your superiors know. I got no answer. Then I go to pay and I still have to pay full price and I say “I should get something for this inconvenience” and the guy says “ oh man it’s my 4th day here”, like that should f’n matter. So I paid FULL PRICE. Then some lady comes up and says “how can I make this better”. This place is weird, food is always great and quickly done, most of the time never have any issues, almost every time though my pizzas arent fully cut, i live not too far from here and is my go to pizza place for when i have people over and were always obliterating the pizza bc its not cut all the way, other issue i constantly have is this one young guy that works here, been a while since ive gone here and didn’t see him today but hes always loud rude, ive seen him throw stuff at other customers, constantly corrected me on how to say my own name and had to correct him multiple times before i gave up and moved on so i can get my food and get out, and judging off the looks on the faces of his coworkers hes “that” coworker that everyone collectively dislikes working with but get a sense of workplace camaraderie for it, again idk if he still works there but...
