Dunkin' — Restaurant in Naperville

Disorganized chaos. There were about 8-10 cars in the drive thru, so I thought going inside would be quicker. Wrong. The guy taking my simple order (1 drink, 1 sandwich) must have been new because he had the hardest time finding the right buttons to press on the register. I got my drink pretty quickly and proceeded to wait in the extremely warm area to get my food. I'm waiting...and waiting...and waiting. No one is acknowledging me, stating my order would be right up, etc.

More waiting as I am watching all cars that were in the drive thru getting their orders. The lady making the food is only making one order at a time. It's a pretty big tray...she can fit more food on there to heat up, to get orders going faster.

Still waiting...I finally got my food. It took 10 frickin minutes! I didn't notice until I was driving away that it wasn't even my order!!! It had a ticket and receipt on it with a name and showing that a gift card was used. Nope, not my order. I didn't bother going back to wait another 10 minutes for (maybe) my correct order.

There was only one other person waiting inside for their food. She got there after me and I heard her say she had a mobile order. It looks like they didn't even make her drink(s) yet. Maybe I actually...

I'm at electrician and I do a lot of work at nights at the international fresh market on Ogden and 59 and I always see a bunch of dunkin' donuts on Ogden cuz I take that from Melrose Park but I only stop at the one here because of the service that they have. Shifa is a very good person and worker,Ithink that's how you spell her name.Shifa is an excellent person., Every time I go in she's always smiling,she's very respectful,she is up excellent person.. Every time I go in there she has my coffee ready for me with my one cream and she always makes me smile when I leave there,she's very professional. matter of fact I thought she was the owner of the dunkin' donuts and it turns out she's just works there.. I told her she should someday open her own dunkin' donuts because she's so young and professional that I can imagine her doing very well with her own franchise someday. If I could leave this 0 stars I would. I repeated my order twice and he repeated it back to me correctly. I was in a hurry and didn't check my drinks, but then again, should I really have to? I ordered two small mocha iced coffees.. and what I got was basically watered down creamer, only one of which actually had any mocha. Drive the extra 3 minutes up the road to the Naperville location. I have consistently had good experiences and fast service there. My husband proceeded to file a complaint online after I delivered the water coffees to him at work because I was driving, and the manager Amit called him MULTIPLE times, leaving no voicemail. Extremely rude and unprofessional, asked my husband what his problem was. Also, I'm fairly certain they're scamming people to get donations. He added a $1 donation without my consent and used a coupon to take it back off. We will never go back to...
