I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at your location about a month ago. I came through the drive-through with friends, planning to place three separate orders. Instead of a real employee, we were greeted by an AI system that clearly didn’t work. It couldn’t understand what we wanted, claimed it was connecting us to a person—and then nothing. We waited. And waited.
After saying “hello” multiple times, someone finally came on the line—not to help, but to accuse us of “messing around.” Seriously? We were literally waiting for help because the AI failed, and your employee’s response was to treat us like we were the problem. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s insulting.
To make matters worse, the inside of the store was already closed, so we had no other way to place our order. Why is there no real person available to take orders when your dining room is closed? If you’re going to rely on AI, at least make sure it works—and if not, don’t treat paying customers like they’re wasting your time.
We were hungry, frustrated, and still ended up going through the line again just to get food. Honestly, the only thing worse than the AI was the attitude we got from your staff.

I have complained earlier about my order being messed up and the associate I emailed still hasn't mailed me any coupons, it has been more than 2 months now. Also, just the other day I went back to the same location and they messed up my order, and refused to fix it when I went back into the store. Wendy's seem to only care about how flashy their stories look and their new BBQ menu but do not care enough to get an order correct.
My experience is this, I ordered a pulled pork cheeseburger w/ bacon but it was more like a pulled pork sandwich with a HAMBURGER, and my patty was very very tiny. I asked for the pulled pork CHEESEBURGER, and he just gave me a pulled pork sandwich with bacon. So I had to go back in and get the cheeseburger put on it... then when I thought they corrected it they only put a small hamburger patty on it with NO CHEESE. At that point I was so pissed I didn't want to go back in a second time. Luckily I had cheese slices at home but still.. I paid extra for nothing. Like how hard is it to put a cheeseburger that I asked for, on the pulled pork sandwich? I don't think I will go out of my way to go to this...
Read moreI will NEVER come here again! Me and my boyfriend went here to grab something quick. The "little boy" (that's what he acted like) who took our order was rude from the start. He was barely paying attention while my boyfriend gave his order. The cashier rang it up, my boyfriend paid and it was approved. By then the little boy had turned around and started talking to his friends and just left us standing there. My boyfriend grabbed the receipt himself. He then ran to the restroom. When he came back to the counter to wait for the order the cashier then told him that the transaction declined. We proceeded to tell him that it wasn't seeing the fact that we had a receipt. He then got nasty about it telling us that it didn't go through and made him pay AGAIN. My boyfriend had to run out to the car, get his phone and pull up his banking app just to prove that it did go through.
