Candy Grandy — Restaurant in Naples

Every time I’ve gone in, there’s been different young workers who are kind and helpful. Last trip, an older lady was working there. From the moment my kids and I walked in, she was eyeing us. My 7 year old daughter sampled a jelly bean w/o my knowing and she stormed over to her and held her hand out in-front of her. In the rudest way, she told my daughter to give her the jelly bean.

Yes, my daughter should have asked but she’s also 7. It was completely unnecessary and inappropriate for an adult employee to treat a child customer the way that lady did. I have worked in the mall for YEARS and have gone into this store so many times with no issues. This time when I walked in I saw two girls I haven't seen working before. I walked straight towards the milkshake counter and waited for five minutes before walking to the counter. I then asked the girls at the counter if there was anyway they could make me a chocolate milk and they laughed in my face and said no then proceeded to talk about me as I walked away. After reading about the family owned store and the great reviews, I decided to treat the kids to a candy store adventure. We were extremely disappointed when we got there and they were CLOSED already. The website, google and the mall hours all said that the store was open until 7p.
