My friend bought a large 3 scoop ice cream cone and it started to drip on her while we waited for the others to order so I asked the employee for one of the paper ice creams cups. I was told no, unless I want to pay for one. I asked why if I had already purchased an ice cream and she said it didn’t matter.

I walked next door to Starbucks and was handed a large cup, no questions asked.
