Raw chicken, no managers, long wait times. Went in with a group of 12. After waiting 30 minutes They couldn’t accommodate the group size and get us all at one table so we were split up. The server, Tish? Was actually really nice and has a lot of potential, you could just tell that she needed a bit more training on the POS system and mostly support from management. We arrived at around 8:45 finally sat at 9:15 and didn’t receive our food until 10:30. When we did get our food I notice my buddys chicken sandwich that he had been eating was raw. Then another person at the table that had ordered the same sandwich noticed hers was also raw. There wasn’t one manager on the floor that we could speak to so we had to find Tisha who was already very overwhelmed and under a ton of pressure as the kitchen wasn’t getting food out. Finally around 10:50 they did get the meals replaced. None of the food runners knew where the food was going and one even expressed her frustration with someone at the table when we told her the food she was holding wasn’t ours. The other table had been missing food as well which they did resolve. We all ate pretty quickly as none of planned on this being a three + hour ordeal. That’s when the next wait came. We could see Tisha struggling at the pos. I’m not sure really what happened but we all had to wait around 30 -45 minutes to get our cards back and leave. Management needs to step their game up and get the staff the proper support and training they need. It seems like this place was in such a rush to get the doors open they totally neglected their staffs needs.

Twin Peaks-Coastland Mall. Convenient location. Adjacent covered parking is a plus during the rainy season. Restaurant is huge. The bar occupies the middle of the floor. Large Menu, variety of bar foods. Wings, burgers, tacos, sandwiches and more. Today’s meal included an appetizer of fried pickles, chicken wings and chili. Fried pickles are tasty! The batter , crisp of the pickle and brine flavor make a great combination. Next up the bone-in wings and chili. Wings -meaty, but a bit chewy. Lots of sauce. Very salty. Chili. Sent it back. Super salty not to mention the meat had a “ canned beef texture”. Maybe you need to wash these items down with a frosty beer. Probably helps. If you ask any other server other than your assigned server for service you won’t get it. Service is generally slow but expected on a weekend afternoon with several games on the widescreens. Come for the venue & check out a game, quench your thirst but not much more.

We really like Twin Peaks because the food is delicious and it is very accommodating for large groups on late nights. Additionally, we have visited the Ft. Myers location many times. However, this location still needs some time to become a great spot in Naples. We ordered the guac for a starter and there was a piece of the avocado peel in the guac. On top of that, my friend found plastic in his fries. Despite these issues, the location was only a week old as of visiting and I believe that with some more time the waitresses will get more used to the new crowd and location. All in all, we are very excited for Twin Peaks in Naples and we hope this will fill the missing void in Naples nightlife!

When in today to watch the foot game and the server said she was going to get the game on there . We came in 45 mins before the game even started because we were going there in a group and then the server came back to the table to say it will take a few minutes because the manager is changing a lot of TVs at ones and he going to do just give it some time, then 20 minutes late she came back to the table and told us she can’t put that game up because the manger overrides what game that’s was going to play there because a different customer came up to him and asked him himself to put his game on so were weren’t going to stay , But before we got up and left We called the manager over and he said there wasn’t no more TVs available that he can change and we were thinking to ourselves there is one game on that’s playing on 8 TVs why not he was like say the tv was already asked for and you expect us to watch our game on the corn small tv all the way at the bar when we can’t even see it. We would come there all the time and now we are going to bring our business somewhere else and our group we were going to make that our game place every game NOT ANYMORE. Even the server agree that we were there way before anyone else asking and we have every right to be upset to not to be able to watch one game when there are so many tv. What a shame that a manager wouldn’t even put one game on so we...

The new Naples location was very difficult to find using GPS due to being built into the edge of a Large concrete parking and the Mall buildings. When I called the restaurant, they were so new to their job they could only say they were across from the school.

The allure of this chain (for me) is the sports TV... And is a alternative to Miller Ale House.

The Twin Peaks staff was very helpful and has plenty of runners. The food is above average for a sports bar. I wish there were more IPA beer choices. The frosted mugs are TOO cold and 2 of the 3 beers came with a massive amount of foam, AND, the mugs had a small puck size frozen ice that float to the top... Maybe dial up the temp just a bit. Unless... This is by design (more foam and ice puck at bottom) to pour 2 ounces less beer...? Like the Quart Gatorade bottle that is now 28.ounces at the grocery store... Or the Sherwin Williams gallon of paint that is now 5 ounces short of 128 ounces.

Bathrooms are kept clean which is no easy task in a sports bar.

Manager came around each table which is a good indication of a well run company. You can tell when someone will "make it right".

Finding the restaurant was biggest complaint... Maybe have a more detailed map on the website to indicate the Mall anchor stores in relation to the Street(s) and the 2 level...
