SweetMoon — Restaurant in Naples

Hey! My name is Aalissa Gray (nickname) and I am A food and store critic. I’ve been working as an undercover store buyer and more to give best feedback as much as possible for others to improve their business. The thing I noticed was the beautiful LED blue light suite moon sign that was very appealing very nicely made very well designed beautiful. It would be nice that the center of the logo had LED lights as well but that is just preference. The nice lady attended me very quickly, but the thing is I would like to hear her a little bit louder since the store is very loud and the coastal mall here in Naples, Florida A little hard to hear, but very understandable many are shy. She made the drink very quickly, and I received a very cute cup from the company. I loved it. It’s very different, but in a good way. now let’s go for the taste… I ordered a Thai tea, and instantly I could taste the flavor of the tea. Not sure if it’s powdered or homemade. But if I had to guess from past experience homemade versus powder, I would say this is possibly homemade sense it wasn’t very sweet just like a powdered tea goes. Now for the Boba, I expected it to be a little sweeter. It was very plain flavored or limited flavor and very unnoticeable. texture was great. I just wish the Boba actually tasted like brown sugar. A little disappointed on that part since I do love Boba tea they are my top favorite drinks. I would give the drink 3/5 but overall I would give it a 4.5 out of five....

I was recently visiting from out of town and was at the Naples Mall with my family and my kids asked for frozen yogurt while walking past Sweetmoon. I got large yogurt and proceeded to the side where the yogurt machine was and immediately was followed by the older Asian woman who was initially behind the counter and she proceeded to just stand there and stare me down while I got my yogurt. As soon as I left the area so did she. This woman's actions clearly was driven by pure bigotry. It was a very unsettling experience and I would never again waste a single dollar at this establishment even if it was the last place on the face of this earth and my life depended on it. Came with my wife to try their boba teas. First one we ordered was a creme brulee milk tea, was good and we decided to order the second one with tapioca topping ( they charge extra for toppings). We notice that the price showing on the machine was 75 cents and the price on one of their menu was 50 cents and and on the screen on top was sixty five cents. We bring this error to their attention and the lady at front give us a really bad attitude she literally ask us if we want the drink or not. As an advice they need to update their menu and take off all the wrong information. Definitely not a...
