Outside and inside dinning. Air conditioned inside with a cabin feel. Service is slow not friendly. Wait staff are all young and are out back chatting. Can be seen doing this through the meal. It took us half way through out our meal to get waitress attention and had to go up to a station and ask another waitress to assist. The drinks tasted non alcoholic and when supposed to be alcoholic. Especially advertising as a special summer alcoholic drink. Presentation awful the left is a Margarita and the right is prosecco that came out in plastic soda cups when we were dinning inside. In addition when we finally told our waitress the drinks tasted awful she took them out back and then came out a while later stating they could not be removed from the bill but rather swapped out. Placed them back on the table, us unknowingly if they were spiked or not. At this point our meal was done. We asked to speak to the manager Dana who only defended his waitress would not hear our side of the story of what had occurred. Kept saying because we tasted it he could not refund (please see photo). Tried to pacify us by saying he would provide a discount on the bill. When the bill came there was no discount. We were charged the full amount for two alcoholic drinks, nachos and a plain wedge salad for $60. Very expensive meal for little and very poor service and experience.

I really wanted to love this place. I loved the atmosphere, but the food and the service left me disappointed. When we walked in, we were ignored for a good 10 min, 2 young ladies were chatting, and then after another group of people walked in, they suddenly acted like we just appeared in front of them. One of the ladies was about to seat us when another one said, " Remember, there's a bit of a wait ..." So our hostess apologized and asked us to wait another 20 min, which ended up being 30. I ended up ordering scallops in pamagranete sauce, my daughter had blueberry pulled pork, and we had a spinach and artichoke dip to start. I didn't like how hard the cheese was in dip, and the dip itself had a consistency of a paste. My daughter, on the other hand, absolutely loved it. I expected my dish to be an explosion of flavor, but it was very bland, especially the rice. Blueberry bbq pulled pork was very good.

Got lucky in stopping here. It was a super hot Sunday so we checked out the 1st place we came too. Asked about outdoor dining in the shade and were directed to the back. Beautiful view and Bonus: 2 guys on guitar. Loved the Bluberry BBQ sauce Wings recommended by the host (mgr/owner?... dark hair/beard). The sauce slides to the bottom of the plate so scrape that up and pile on! :D The Blackened Haddock Burrito was tasty too but did expect ~chunks~ of haddock, not minced/pureed haddock. Our waitress was all-business, not welcoming or friendly but the food, entertainment and view made up for that. We'd definitely stop here again!

We come here every year at least once and sometimes twice a trip. But no more. Tonight was horrible. We made a reservation for 7:30 - our food wasn’t brought until 930 which is when the kitchen technically closed. One of my kids had a lobster roll with a lot of shell in it. The other had pasta swimming in greasy sauce. No water was given even though we asked for it. Our waitress threw the silverware on us and threw the plates on the table (so that another kids fries flew off to the waiting ducks - which was at least entertaining). No napkins even after asking. Worse of all when I asked to talk to a manager they took my credit card and check to adjust the lobster roll (which didn’t happen). When they came back I ansked for my credit card back - but even though the slip showed it was run they insisted they never got the first one. They did give themselves a 20 percent tip. They claimed they always do this for large parties but they have never done so before - and the waitress said - after we complained - and tried to do so nicely - we just charged a 20 percent tip so you don’t have to tip me because I already took care of that for you. This felt very much as a penalty for daring complain. Luckily my credit card company already rejected the double transaction so at least I only had to pay for the meal once despite the staffs best efforts otherwise - but that means it has to be replaced. If you want to wait for two hours for a lobster roll with shells, horrible service (why can’t kids get water - when we complained we were told you have to ask for water which we did) and the hassle of replacing your credit card come here!!! The view is nice and the food is par for the area. Some things are good/ others not so much and it depends on the night. Brother Fleckers has a good view too and kinder service and good food. My husband ended up taking the kids to the nearby ice cream shop - which is very good - so they could have something to eat and drink. But the bonus was the ducks eating part of the kids’ dinner we waited two hours for. We...

Great food, pet friendly and the kind of restaurant ya just don’t want to leave. Our family eats there 1,2,3 times a week for the a atmosphere as well as the food, which is amazing. My wife and I have made our way through the menu a time or two. Not only are they a family friendly restaurant they are a Police, Fire, Active duty and Veteran friendly restaurant. They do charity fundraising nights for the Wounded Warriors Project and others. Sitting out back at a picnic table, having an amazing meal, with your family, your dog and a great band playing just can’t be beat. Well I guess you throw in your kids dancing in the grass to the music and playing with other kids, yep pretty great. More then just a family restaurant it’s a fun night out for a date-night with your wife or just to go hang out with your friends. Oh and the guys that run the place truly love their job and it shows because they go out of their way for their customers.

So I try to update this when I can. What a wonderful restaurant as I always say. The owners are the best in town and the staff, untouched in their professionalism, courtesy, customer service, friendliness and I could go on forever. Love you guys and gals and thank you for always being the best food in...
