The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Pho. The broth was incredibly flavorful and aromatic, clearly simmered for hours to extract every bit of savory goodness. It had a wonderful depth that made each spoonful a pleasure. We also ordered the gyoza, and they were a testament to the chef's skill. The wrappers had a perfect texture, neither too thick nor too thin, and the filling was incredibly tasty. They were pan-fried to a beautiful golden crispness, making for a truly enjoyable appetizer.
