Me and my friends were visiting Naples and we were craving crab/seafood boils. After lots of searching we stumbled upon Chef Global’s Kitchen. We called and right away we were greeted over the phone. His customer service is impeccable and thorough and was enthusiastic about serving us. To the food- AMAZING! 10/10 down to the crab, sausages, egg, and most importantly the sauce. We have had many crab dishes before and this by far surpasses all of them. Changing my score now, i tried the Griot and the Mac n Cheese again , this time is was MUCH MUCH better. The fried pork (griot) was actually seasoned this time, a little dry but it was still damn good, especially with the pikliz(slaw) that i finally got with my order, wish it was spicier but , to each their own. The Mac n cheese texture wise wasnt what i usually like but flavor wise it was all there, someone put their foot into that mac and it was worth it. Hopefully they continue to deliver on consistency, Cant wait to try the other...
