Tucked away in Naples is this gem of a New York-style Chinese restaurant that feels like a slice of the Big Apple in sunny Florida. From the moment you step in, the friendly vibes hit you - it’s like stepping into a family's dining room. The menu's star players, General Tso’s Chicken and the Szechuan dumplings, are absolute knockouts. But let’s be real, choosing is tough because everything’s so darn good! The hot and sour soup is incredible. So good that it might just have you contemplating taking a tub of it home. Same with the egg drop soup. But the real magic happens when you gather around the table, order a medley of dishes to share, and start the spinning ritual with their trusty lazy Susan. It’s like a delicious game of culinary roulette! So, for a taste of authentic Chinese cuisine that's infused with New York charm, Chinatown Naples is where it's at. It's not just about the food; it's an experience worth savoring with friends and family!

Was excited to try because of the ratings order takeout around 12 noon thinking lunch will have fresh delicious food 😋 but I was mistaken the only thing fresh was the chicken teriyaki and if looks were Deceiving with the burnt tips I was excited was eating wondered why it tasted different or little off juicy but off and realized it was never done cooking 🍳 and had been raw in the inside I was so upset General Tso's was not saucy it was thick breading looked different then the other chicken Teriyaki does it come already breaded ? Anyways crab Rangoon was okay Egg roll was fried twice so it was dry but DURING LUNCH how is 1 item fresh and it's still not cooked at that was so excited now sad

I was really disappointed with the food that was delivered. Everything tasted old and poorly made, with little to no flavor. The quality was nasty, greasy, cold and honestly hard to eat. Definitely not worth the money—wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The food lacked freshness, flavor, and quality, and several dishes tasted unpleasant and poorly prepared. The overall presentation and taste did not meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment and would not return to order from here ever again!

Are you looking for a nice and affordable place for lunch in Naples? This place has a great lunch special starting at $5.75. For this price you can get a small entree with a choice of chef's soup or egg roll & white rice or fried rice. Each of the dishes we ordered was 5.75 and our family was able to do lunch for three for just $19 with tax before tip. That's a great deal down in Naples during the high season.

We arrived for lunch at 2p & we were the only customers. This is never a good sign but I encouraged my wife by saying we are two hours behind the lunch crowd. While we were being seated two more parties of four and two arrived for lunch too. That's always a great sign. There was also a steady stream of people picking up carryout orders. In my opinion, this place was buzzing for a Tuesday and clearly the lunch special is working.

The staff was very sweet and they definitely took pride in the food they were serving. I ordered pork lo mein and asked for the chef to make it spicy. The chef added in five dried chilis which was awesome and it gave the dish a nice kick. My wife jumped in on this asking for her dish spicy too. I also chose the egg roll and the fried rice. I loved that they made my fried rice with pork which paired well with my pork lo mein. I figured they would just do veggie fried rice and I'm glad they didn't.

My wife got the beef and broccoli. The chef hooked her up with chilis too. She got the egg drop soup instead of the egg roll and it was delicious. Our little one went with the chicken lo mein and loved it. You can't go wrong with Asian noodles.

I loved that they had free won ton chips on the table. This was a totally bonus. It was like getting chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. The chili oil was really good. I didn't put it on the chips but I did add it to my egg roll. If you like spicy I recommend it.

Lunch was really fantastic plus the food was served incredibly fast. The table that sat right after us had their food before we even placed our ordered. They were locals and knew what they were going to get. We needed a few to look over the menu. The chef's here are serving up some really great tasting Chinese food. I'm very glad we found this place and I look forward to...

"Chinatown: A Culinary Haven with Exceptional Service"

Chinatown has become more than just a restaurant for my family; it's a culinary haven we frequent, often twice a week or more. It stands as one of our go-to spots, offering a delightful alternative to the mundane fast-food options.

The warmth and friendliness of the staff are the heart of Chinatown. They greet us by name, remember our usual orders, and are always keen to recommend new dishes. This personal touch makes each visit special and shows their dedication to customer service.

The flexibility of Chinatown in accommodating diverse dietary needs is remarkable. Whether it's catering to raw vegan diets with fresh, raw vegetables or adapting dishes for vegetarian preferences, they handle it with ease. Their consideration extends to cooking preferences, offering options with or without oil and MSG. The extensive vegan and vegetarian choices are a testament to their commitment to inclusivity.

Their value-packed lunch specials, including soup and an egg roll, are not just reasonably priced but also delicious. As a family of six, we appreciate that we can enjoy a hearty meal here without breaking the bank, usually spending under $60 for lunch and around $75-85 for dinner.

A significant highlight of Chinatown is the quick service. Despite the restaurant often bustling with activity, they manage to serve meals promptly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.

For anyone who loves authentic New York Chinese cuisine, Chinatown is a must-visit. Their salt and pepper pork, known for its perfect crispiness and flavor, is a standout dish. In fact, all their fried items have a distinct, satisfying crunch that elevates the meal.

In conclusion, Chinatown has become a staple in our dining routine, surpassing the typical fast-food fare by leaps and bounds. Its combination of friendly, quick service and a diverse, flavorful menu makes it a family favorite and a recommended spot for anyone seeking quality...

We are local salon near them. We’ve been supporting them more than two years, we order food deliver from them almost every week. The last time we order, we didn’t give them tips because the previous time they charged us couple dollars for deliver. The lady on the phone said they are starting to charge for delivery fee. We thought ok fine, we just won’t give tips anymore. Therefore, this last time when we order food, we didn’t give tips bc we assumed they will charge us the fee. The food delivery man were handling us food and said with an angry voice NO TIPS?! We told him you guys charged for deliver fee, he said last time we charged you bc you guys call us complained the previous time. Which we never did. There were couple times they forgot chili oil or gave us wrong orders we didn’t bother to call them. But even if we did call complain, they decided to charge us delivery for that?! Humm…that was so wrong as a business. Unfortunately that wasn’t the end, the elderly man screaming loudly in our salon say we didn’t charge delivery this time and no tips for me, I won’t deliver to you no more. We were all in shot, he didn’t give us a chance to response or react. He continue yelling walk out the door. Took all of us by surprise, we were speechless. He demanded us to give him tips, totally not professional at all. I don’t know if the restaurant owner aware about this situation, but these elderly delivery man were very mean and rude to us. We have been supporting them for years, very...
