Just left 3 dogs at Pet Paradise and had an extremely bad experience. Our Schnoodle is in surgery right now having Struvite stones removed, the ear wash for our French Bulldog was never used as I bought brand new bottle and the seal was still on, never used. The manager called and had an excuse for every thing that was wrong. The floor is reddish brown so bloody urine is hard to see, took the temperature and was normal so the dog is fine, observation is once an hour but the vomiting and not eating for 4 days was just an anxious dog. We went on vacation from Monday morning to picking them up on the following Friday before 6:00 pm, I told them we were going out of town so they called and left messages that the schnoodle was vomiting and not eating at our home phone. I left 3 different cell phone numbers and a work number to contact us. They didn't look to see if there was a different contact number when we didn't respond, they finally left an email with the information. BE CAREFUL if you leave your pet at Pet Paradise, you might want to call everyday to make sure that you are getting any information on your pets health. The cost for this UTI is now 2500.00, when an antibiotic might have prevented all the pain my dog has gone through and the 2 months of a special diet food for the prevention of further problems. I would leave no stars if I could but I can't post...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the recent boarding experience my two fur babies had at Pet Paradise during the Thanksgiving holiday.
Despite the advertised continuous playtime, I diligently monitored the live camera feed throughout their stay, only to discover a significant lack of playtime for my pets. I have collected numerous screenshots as evidence of the absence of play activities. To make matters worse, upon picking up my pets, it was evident that they had not been let out regularly, as their beds were soaked in urine, a situation inconsistent with their usual behavior. I should have known something was up when the front desk rep would not give us a tour of the facility nor facilitate more information about boarding.
The manager was very nice and apologetic. However, the fact that even daycare dogs do not receive continuous playtime raises serious concerns about the overall quality of care provided. As a result of this experience, I find it difficult to recommend Pet Paradise to others seeking a reliable and caring boarding facility for their pets.
I believe in the importance of constructive feedback, and I hope that this information can contribute to improvements in the level of service and care provided to all pets entrusted to that facility and educate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI entrusted my fur baby to Pet Paradise at the Naples location for his very first time been boarded and they were really gentle and kind with him. The place was very clean, it has a good amount of indoor and outdoor areas for the dogs to play in and with shaded areas as well as a little doggy water pool for them to cool off. As I was registering him, they asked for his feeding schedule, type of food, special items to leave for him from home to make him more comfortable. Also the best feature, is that they have cameras on the indoor and outdoor areas for owners to be able to watch their fur babies on their website from a mobile device or computer, which gave my family and I a big sense of relief as this was his very first time being away from home. They have a good amount of staff caring for the doggies here and a lot of a la carte services available for the pups. I give 5 stars, as my baby Fluffy was well cared for, also the staff working the front desk was very nice and the drop off/pick up hours were very flexible. Iāll definitely be using their services again...
