Randy's Wooster St Pizza Naples — Restaurant in Naples

This place is great. They are doing everything right, in my opinion. We have been in three times for lunch and each time sat on the small outside deck. A view to Brandy Pond and the Naples causeway is provided. We have watched folks park their boats and come in for food that they must have ordered by phone. The interior looks nice, decorated in hot-rod theme. The food is fantastic. I have had the boneless wings twice, once with the bacon & peanut butter sauce and once with traditional buffalo sauce. The portion was more than enough for one person and very tender and juicy. These were the best boneless wings that I have ever had. Twice I ordered different pizzas and they were both great. They even offer a choice of doneness on the crust. I have also had a turkey sandwich with roasted red peppers and pesto with bread that was so fresh I asked if they baked it on site. (The answer was no, but they get the bread locally and daily) My spouse is fixated on the chicken sausage grinder. She orders it every time and our server told us that the sausage is made on site. They have a full bar and a great beer selection including three Maine-made IPAs. A+ for nice clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water. This place is a great addition to the lakes region dining scene and the usual pub-grub found in the area.

We are local and have been here many times so I thought it was time I left an honest review. The location is nice, right one the main strip and the lake. Sitting outside in the warmer weather is lovely. The food is really good. You would never go wrong with pizza, my husband loves the wings and Chicken Parm. My favorites are the popcorn pizza and the wicked sticks. I eat those as a meal and they are so good that I crave them when it's been too long. Randy is a great guy, Deana is very sweet, and Zach the server/bartender is probably the best waiter I've had anywhere... and I travel the country for work. He makes you feel like family, (he may not even remember us when we come in but you wouldnt know it) he makes a great drink and spot on recommendations. When we bring friends we make bets on whether or not he'll get the order 100% right because he doesn't write it down but he literally gets everything right, every time. This place really is gem...

Quality of the food is wonderful. Honestly, 4-5 stars and the price is worth the quality of food. Quality of the service is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not only did I manage restaurants for over 10 years, I’ve been there 3x in the last 10 days (I’m on vacation 😇), and the service doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I’m going to assume this is due to the ‘Great Resignation’ going on right now… and so I’ll leave 3 stars. But truth be told, it wasn’t good service the past few years either.

Do yourself a favor. Order takeout, don’t sit there. If they tell you ‘30 minutes’, show up 30mins later, but expect to stand there for another 3-45 minutes. (Headphones help).
