Starbucks — Restaurant in Naples

UPDATE: Any previous issues seem to be resolved. Wait time is 100% improved. They made changes here and the baristas seem to know what they're doing.

This Starbucks was great. WAS. It was closed for a few weeks because it went under new ownership and received renovations. Anyways ever since it opened about a week ago, it’s been terrible. Takes 20-30 minutes to get your drink and there is always a line. There is never any music playing. No greeting.. the employees seem stressed and under trained. Not sure why but all the employees that used to work here are no longer there; all new. Needs some serious corporate intervention. I’m a huge Starbucks person and have been to so many so I’m familiar with the “Starbucks standard”

I hope whoever the new owner is sees this! This location is not going to be in business long if it doesn’t get fixed. So many restaurants in the mall are closing, don’t let this be...

Starbucks inside Coastland Center mall in Naples stands out as one of the nicer locations I’ve visited in the area. The setup is really well done and feels more polished than your typical Starbucks. You know what you’re getting with Starbucks since they’ve systemized everything so well, and this location delivers that same consistent quality you expect. Everything tasted great and hit the mark.

The service was polite and efficient, plus there wasn’t any wait time which was a nice bonus during my visit. The location itself benefits from being in the mall, so it’s convenient if you’re already shopping or need a quick caffeine fix.

If you’re at Coastland Center, it’s definitely worth stopping by. While it’s still Starbucks at the end of the day, this particular location does it right and makes for a solid coffee stop in...

Wow! Starbucks are typically well staffed, well managed and full of the aroma if delicious coffee... NOT HERE! We were at the Coastland mall location, well we were about 3 feet in the door at 7:27pm when the green haired teen remarked with an aggressive tone, "WE'RE CLOSED!" I said when the hours are until 8pm but before I could finish my sentence she said, NOW. We just closed. She was so rude. It is so frustrating that these spoiled brats who are at places like this are so mad that they would be expected to stay past the store closing time to finish their duties. They clearly decided themselves that they would not respect the ACTUAL store hours so that they could leave right at 8pm. We will NEVER come back to this location, there are plenty of Starbucks will friendly staff around so I suggest you avoid this...
