Sadly, after YEARS of good food and decent prices Nangs has went by the wayside of Less quality and Way higher prices for what you actually get... It happens, we see it all the time. A restaurant builds a solid reputation and then gets sloppy with that reputation... I just didn't think Nangs ever would. It's as if you could care less about your faithful customer base in this post covid world. What Happened? You've never had huge overhead, like hiring extra staff to do dishes... Your prices should have always reflected that in the 1st place. Now a person can even come in and sit down and eat out of a Styrofoam container, And the prices keep climbing and the meat quantity gets less. I've made enough effort for 3 times this year trying different things each time... used to be I could order anything and it was good; not so much anymore, and the prices quell the appetite before the food gets a chance. Dining out should be a pleasure, even in carry out, NOT a game of hunt for your meat in the breading, chew for ever your thinly sliced chicken or beef; and definately not hunt for a dab of filling in a crab ragoon that chews like shoe sole. 7.00 to refill a tiny bottle with your sweet and sour sauce??? Please wake up and realize we notice and miss the quality that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCustomer service was fine. It was easy to order and the young lady who answered the phone was pleasant to talk to. The food was mediocre. . I bought food for 3 people. The bill was $77. I expected fantastic food and was beyond disappointed. The crab rangoon was bland and over cooked/fried. The egg rolls were tasteless. The egg drop soop was pretty good but the portion size wasn't worth the price. The main dish portions, which I asked how many people can be fed with a full order and was told two, were very small. The sweet and sour chicken: the chunks of chicken were too big and the breading didn't stay on. The vegetables were a bit hard/raw. General Tso's chicken would be good if it has some spice. The beef and broccoli could have had a bit more gravy but overall it was just okay. I was trying to stay close to home to get Chinese but in the future I'll just make the longer trip to get a better meal at a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy gosh, the worst Chinese food ever. I should have learned my lesson 6 months ago when I ordered Beef Broccoli and it was inedible. Yesterday, I thought āhow could anyone screw up General Tsoās Chickenā. My word, it was sicker than the Beef Broccoli. There were more slivered onions in it than chicken and what chicken was in it was dried out like toothpicks and was inedible. It tasted like gag. Thereās $10.15 I wasted. No wonder they donāt take credit cards as too many people would be disputing the charge. I heading back tomorrow (closed today) to complain and give them back their azz tasting food. ...
