Dunkin' — Restaurant in Nashua

I waited at the window for a while for my food. I got to work excited for my wake up wraps and loaded hashbrowns. I was sorely disappointed. For how long I had to wait for my food I expected it to be perfect. It was far from it. My Chipotle loaded hash browns has a single piece of bacon. No, not a strip, but one piece of broken bacon the the top, barely big enough to fill a cavity. To add to that, there was no Chipotle sauce, it was just cheese, which is not what I asked for. That brings us to my wake up wraps. I order 2 Chipotle hashbrown wake up wraps (can you tell I like hashbrowns?). They look like they were quite literally thrown together. One of them the hashbrowns weren't even IN the wrap. Furthermore, there was no Chipotle sauce in either of them, just cheese. If they didn't have the sauce, fine say so and I would have gotten something else. But these are on the more expensive end of the wake up wraps so to not get what I paid for is wild. The tortilla itself is hard and falling apart, so eating these without making a mess (which is what you want when eating a wrap) is impossible. This Dunkin's is the ONLY one on my way to work. They are more expensive than others in the area due to the Main St location, and convenience which I hadn't been an issue before, but in this last year or so, this Dunkin's has become the worst in the area. I usually don't leave reviews, negative or positive, but I spent $17 for this inedible, unpalatable rubbish this Dunks is trying to pass...

This Dunkins threw my 15 year old Autistic daughter out! Because they took 4 times of explaining our order. The servant ran because he didn't know how to use the register. This store had bugs crawling on their donuts. Manager threatened my Autistic daughter who said she was in the wrong, to leave or call the police! It looked like t here was a roach crawling on one of the donuts! Management hires anybody to run the store, not qualified managers! She wasn't fit to push carriages at Shaw's, yet the manager of the store! This store needs to fire all employees, or be shut down! We're going to complain to the Town Hall! A Roach on your donut, and then being thrown out with my Autistic 15 year old daughter! I'm calling the board of health, as employees were touching food without gloves In a COVID era! Roach on a donut???? Are you kidding me? Called out manager, and was thrown out, or they were calling the police! Health board Will be called for touching food without gloves, and what looked like a Roach on a donut! My 15 year old Autistic daughter can testify, and attest to everything said in this post! Either manager is terminated, or health board will shut store down for failing COVID protocols and a Roach on the donut and treating people badly saying they can get away with it. Due to lack of employees! This store disgusts me, and if nothing is done? Then the HB and town hall will...

This Dunkin is easily the worst one in the area. I’ve tried to give it multiple chances because it’s conveniently located on the way downtown, but I’ve come at least 6 or 7 times and never had to wait less than 10 minutes. Most of the time it’s been closer to 20. I’ve ended up having to leave the line without my order a couple times because I was going to be late; that’s inexcusable for a place that’s entire concept is quick and easy food and coffee for people on the go.

The times I HAVE gotten my order, there’s something wrong with it about half the time. Wrong sandwich. Coffee made incorrectly. A lot of times they’ll just forget stuff and give me incomplete orders, forcing me to either wait even longer to talk to someone about my missing items, or just leave without stuff that I paid for.

I really want to be able to come here because the location makes it convenient for my daily drive, but I won’t until I see evidence of improvement. They either need way more staff or complete retraining,...
