BEWARE... Do not buy from them. Especially cellphones. They hack EIN's. They sell phones that are black listed by changing the EIN so that the phone will appear clear. Do not be fooled. Make sure you open the back of the phone to confirm they the EIN is the correct. Better yet just don't buy anything from them. This is illegal. They don't even deserve one star. The phone stopped working because of a known problem with the motherboard. LG replaced the motherboard. This reset the phone to the original EIN number. Yes someone else replaced the motherboard.. LG not a scammer. When we bought the phone we had it for 2 weeks and it was shut off be T-Mobile because the phone was blacklisted. You sold a phone that did not have a chance EIN. When we brought the phone back to you stating T-Mobile shut it off you saus you could fix it. You then put in another motherboard from another T-Mobile phone that was not blacklisted. Now the phone is blacklisted again. Should we have brought it back to you to have you put in another bogus motherboard? It doesn't matter when we bought the phone the point is that you sell phones that are not cleared then you change the motherboard so that you can get money for a blacklisted phone. Good deed they use to be good but not some much anymore. There staff need better customer service training I ask if I could hear how a set of speakers sound like and a the employee told me "they don't do that it would be a waste of his time." he then told me "that they test everything and verify that it works and if it doesn't you can return it. " which I've had several times were stuff is broken when I get it home from there. There return policy is they have restocking fee which is BS. Also most of the time the stuff breaks after their return policy so then your stuck with broken stuff... Lastly there new layout is stupid if you want to look at anything it's behind a counter or in a glass case which is really annoying so you always have to talk to someone to look at stuff. This place is absolutely awful. I bought a PS4 controller from here. A 55$ Sony PlayStation controller. After 4 days I was having issues with it, some of the buttons weren’t working correctly. I then brought it back and exchanged it for another one, the 2nd controller about 3 weeks later started having serious button issues and when I finally brought it to them a couple days later they said there’s nothing they can do. All I wanted was to return the bad one and pay an extra 10$ for a brand new one so I didn’t have any issues. They said no. I then said, can you at least fix mine because I shouldn’t have any issues like this with a controller bought from your store. They said no. You should not buy anything from this store.
